Shopping. Rediff.com — Order not delivered, untrustworthy service

I have ordered SAMSUNG UA 32EH4003 LED TV 32" of worth INR 24, 700(Order No: 7988325) on 29th of April, when i checked my Order status it was Awaiting Dispatch from the second day of my Order and its been a month i never got any response from neither the Vendor or from rediff shopping

When i Called customer Care on 15th May they said they will take a complaint and notify the Vendor and my product will be delivered i 2 days and they took the complaint (Complaint No-49530) Being such a big reputed shopping site Rediff is loosing the customer's trust coz of its worst service,
Days are passing but they have not taken any action regarding my complaint, please help me getting the product or cancel the order and return the Amount paid through Credit card
