philips JGP80 earphones, 2- quantity, for rs 299 each and total of 698 inclusive of shipping.

on, 1st june, i recieve the package from the vendor Vaishnavi Enterprises, Hyderabad and they have sent me 2 Philips SHE1360 which are basic earphones and costs just 130

I hereby request your assistance help me to get my headphones replaced into PHILIPS JGP80 EARPHONES or refund my money As Soon As Possible.
