Shopping. Rediff.com — Not Received the product till now

I've purchased a Zebronics headphones on 9/9/08 through cheque & made the payment on 13/9/08. It's been 13 days & i haven't received any mail that the payment has been received though the site is showing that the payment has been received & the delivery status is still pending. The Delivery time of the product was 7 days but it have well passed it. I've also tried to contact cust. care but they are giving no reply. Pls help me

REDIFF — Partial Delivery Of Order

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase an O2 Cocoon mobile phone from Rediff on June 14th, 2008 under order#4658185. I received the order but, that is incomplete. I have received only the handset and the charger. The following things were missing:

1. Nest For O2 Cocoon
2. Headset
3. Original Software CD
4. Mobile Case

These were the items supposed to be shipped with the package. There is no number of rediff shopping customer care. Only you can email through FAQ/Hp section.

Please do not buy any item from Rediff...

These people are useless, i too had ordered a watch, it cost 400 rs and when i received the watch it did not worth 100 rs.when i asked about the procedure they dont even answer.
The watch i received was not running and none of the buttons working, there were scratches on the watch, seemed they tried to repair it or atleast they tried to repair it but it was not repaired and shipped as it is.

) was found to be different from product odered and I had to take over great trouble in getting it replaced and the worst part of it is that I am not getting prompt response from their side.
