i have invested around 6 l in pune. I have gone to their offices and their pune office is closed since 5th jan. We are able to catch only few people on phone like a guy called sagar from pune and Ram from mumbai.. rest all are gone. I dont think they have any plan to open their offices.. does any body knows address of any employee of SOSN. its time to find them out. they should be punished..

I do agree with you but there is no point searching employees of SOSN as end of the day they are only employees of company and they worked for only Salaries to support their families and to be very honest I am worried about them whether this poor chaps have got their December 2009 salaries or not?
I dont disagee with you fully as even I am an investor with this company and I am sure everyone o[censored]s were counting on Profits from SOSN everymonth but now people are getting frustrated because of long pending ECS promise from SOSN. I know that Delhi Office is close and due that only Roopesh Verma (MD of SOSN) is behind bars. However Mumbai office is still operational and people here do pick up the phone.
I dont know about Pune Office may be they have closed it now.
However, as per sources Roopesh Verma was suppose to bet bail today, but so far there is no update whether he has got bail or not?

i have also investe two scheme in Shree Resorts through bank loan now the my condition is same as u. i read all the comments every times but what will i do no one suggest me. what is the real channel for help. i rang up many time to mumbai office but nobody given any response. i hope that any one can help me or update for any latesh info with him so that i can be satisfied with him. OM SAI NATH CAR ON RENT — FRAUD
I have invested a lot in this SOSN company but since last two months not getting any cheque from them. Everyday when I call to them, either they don't answer and if they do they just say next week u will get in into ur account thru ECS facility.So what should we do now? Launch a FIR against them?
Also latest news suggest that in Indore their head person has committed suicide.
So alls not well at all, when wud we receive our money back?

but my brother in law did the investment so he advised my father to do so...
i cannot do anything to my brother in law as he was getting commission for each nad every case near about 15, 000/- rs ...i request you people that you also grab the people who advice you to do the investment...

I think you are right. they should be punished. It is the hard earned money of the investors. If not the profit, they should get the capital back.
The Mumbai office is is only promising dates but nothing is happening.

As early as possible Shree Om sainath Car ON rent Persons should give money back to all persons, which we are waiting.
I personaaly know about some persons who actually invested in scheme by taking bank loans.

The bail of Roopesh Verma is postponed to 14-Jan. I doubt whether he is in jail or in Dubai.
Another thing which surprises me is that no major newspapers have any news about this scam.
This seems to be a big game played by SOSN. I guess they are not postponing the ECS dates but their dates for getting visa to Dubai is postponing. Once they get that then everyone will disappear.
Also, Roopesh Verma might be negotiating EOW officers, judge, police about their share in the entire scam of million rs. Once this is done then govt officials will declare him bankrupt and everyone will lose their money

I have invested Rs.1, 25, 000.00 in Shree Om Sai Nath car on rent Ltd in Delhi
When I come to know about this company from my friend who was also the employ of this company (Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Ltd) he told me about its good return of Rs.8, 040.00 PM. On amount of Rs.1, 25, 000.00 .but they are not giving me amount (Rs.8, 040.00) which they asked to give me every month .when I contact them for my payment they take my cheques and told me that now your payment will be through ECS and I have not received any payment yet from December, 2009.
