its all fake, bangalore employees are terminated and sosn is at stake we need to file FIRs and get you money back as Kaushik([protected]) from bangalore is only assuring the payments will be made by march, 10 (principal amount only).

I am also one of investor like you people, I have just share some important information which i have,
Before bouncing the check they informed me via phone on 10th Dec this month check it will be not credit on your account and please carry your pending last two month check and visit the office.
Basically I living in Mumbai hence visited to kalyan office and meet the representive he tell me the story of AXIS bank fraud and shows the Xerox copy of duplicate check with same number of the axis bank. and promise me this month amount cridet through ECS process it will take some time and deposited on 25th Dec. after 25th dec check not deposited the I have again visited the kalyan office and found office closed and they not picking the phone.
Then I visit their head office kandivali in Mumbai and meet representive he advice like it seems to be company in trouble not continue but you all people diffnatly get your principal amount once Roopash Out.
So friends please tell me if any way where we will get our money because we all are in same stage.

have invested in three of om sai nath schemes recently and have got two cheques cleared till now. I have now in confusion as both of om sai nath office found closed on monday. Each have put the notice to visit another office as to create confusion. Please let me know if i can get my money or all post here are just to make people fool.

I was about to invest in SOSN but i did not ... i was an investor in City Realcom and i lost around 65, 000.. i learnt it the hard way ... 65, 000 is equivalent to my 2 months salary .. still i was hurt and did a thorough research .. all compnaies giving more than 3% Per month will close down sooner or later ... Form a group of 10 people and find one leader. Lets identify at least 20 group leaders and 200 people. I am ready with a group of 10 people. That one leader is reponsible for uniting his or her team.
Lets use this form for this. Lets unite and lodge and FIR first, then we will meet and think what to do.

All trouble begun when some people created ruckus at 16th December 2009. Because of those silly people every one is in trouble, including offcourse those people also. The FIR was lodged late in that eveining. Now the Delhi and Jaipur police are contacting investors and instigating them to lodge thier FIR the make a strong case against Roopesh Verma. This will make things worse. I request all to not to be instigated by police.
One thing is clear there is an uncertainity about our money. It is a mistake to think that because of more number of complaints our investment we will get our money back earlier. But reallity is that this will make the case dragged for 10-15 years and people will get nothing. If the case settles after a gap of 10 year, just think what will we getting that time.
One more thing, probably, we all know that Mr. Roopesh has no intention to cheat investors. This is a very positive aspect we should not ignore. So it is the interest of all o[censored]s that Mr. Roopesh gets out on bail on 28th of Jan. He has hired some of the most renowned Advocates of Delhi like Mr. Harshvardhan Khurana, Mr. Rambir Singh Kundu. They are studying the case. Mr. Roopesh has repeatedly said everywehre whether in the public, media or court that he is ready to pay the investors their money. In view of this, I dont think the charge on him which under section 420 IPC for forgery and cheating and 426 for Criminal Breach of Trust would stand in the court. The police is just trying to extend his remand in the name of investigations.
So I request all you people to have some patience and try not to make thing any worse for them. Dont make any complaints with the police it will get you noting except delaying of case and running your money away from you. The only hope for the safety of your money is that Mr. Roopesh comes out on bail. Please give some time to Mr. Roopesh and his advocates.

There is an Office at nagpur where i invest the amount of Rs.120000/- through cheque and make a aggrement on this it is written that monthly compansation is given to you and post dated cheque signed by Mr. Manoj Imane which is now is not tracable. after making aggrement 4 to 5 months the compantitiob amount cheque is clear without any delay but now a days the ofice is closed from long time no reply is received from any of the officer. kindly guide me wht to do?
