[Resolved] Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent — Misguided by Police & Lawyers | |
It is very good to unite & make an investor forum in cities of SOSN investors. We at delhi are been misguided by police & lawyers to file complaints against Mr. Roopesh Verma & SOSN so he is not able to come out on bail or altogether the case gets dismissed on the basis of lack of evidence. We have found that every state/city police will follow the same procedure (as happened in Jaipur) which is already complete in Delhi & Mumbai and delay the release altogether which will harm the interest of all SOSN investors. We have decided not to file any complaints and approach the courts directly in case Mr. Roopesh does not get bail or he is not released to get our money. Hearing of the case for bail to Mr Roopesh Verma is on is on 05.02.10.As per my inforamtion Mr Verma has assured the investors in contact with him that he will run the coy and also repay the money as per the contract or if case, anyone who want his money back, that also he will pay, but only once the bail granted to him we have to wait and watch

I dont know where are we going to land up. I can just see extended date everytime i login here. also i see the resonses are lowering does tha mean people are forgeting their money..
I just request every one to be attentive and also we should have a backup plan.
any one from Pune.. lets form a group and lets have a group mail created so that if in case we have to file an FIR and do the proceedings we can do that.
We should atleaset have 100 people's group to do the FIR and other proceedings.

Alll happening were occured . And thinmgs aer going panic to worst day by day as Mr. verma not
assuring any thing in the court . His Lawyer not assured anything in favour of Investors. They are misguided the investores . So, all the investors come and join the group to fight against The Om Sai Nath Fraud group headed by Mr. Verma.
