SRI OM SAI NATH CAR ON RENT LTD:- Bangalore investors forum, lets us fight for our money LET ALL THE INVESTORS UNITE & FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS Dear all Bangalore investors, as we all o[censored]s aware that, all of our hard earned money is struck with this company. Earlier Bangalore office use to be open, but now the office is closed and the Branch Manager Mrs Latha Murali had diverted all of her calls to the some ones and if we call to that number, I am getting very bad response and abuses from the other side. An other person Sri Kausik Banarjee now tells that we are all terminated from the duty and office is closed if you want more information in this regard please contact the Mumbai office. We don’t know what will happen with this company in future ? When the MD of the company Mr. Roopesh verma will release from the jail? If he is out on bail also, it is not sure whether we will get back our money or not? Let us think and decide what should be our course of action at this stage? That is why this is the right time we all unite together and decide what to do with this company. Hence we request through this forum of BANGALORE INVESTORS please join OUR HANDS AND THOUGHTS and fight to get back our hard earned money. It is very good to unite & make an investor forum at banglore of SOSN investors. We at delhi are been misguided by police & lawyers to file complaints against Mr. Roopesh Verma & SOSN so he is not able to come out on bail or altogether the case gets dismissed on the basis of lack of evidence.
We have found that every state/city police will follow the same procedure (as happened in Jaipur) which is already complete in Delhi & Mumbai and delay the release altogether which will harm the interest of all SOSN investors.
We have decided not to file any complaints and approach the courts directly in case Mr. Roopesh does not get bail or he is not released to get our money.
Let the good sense prevail

Dear all,Main bhi aphi ki tarah ek investor hu or kai mahino say is is case ki har tarikh ko attend karta hu,MD roopesh verma 3 mahino say jail may hai,vo sabka paisa dena chahta hay,usne khud jail mai hum investors say y bat kahi hay.par vo hum sabse madad chahta hay k hum sab milkar usko bahar ane mai or y company dubara run karne mai madad kare,taki hamara paisa vapis mil sake.
main bhi apne paisay ko vapis pane ki ummid rakhta hu,isliy apse request karta hu ki hum sabko high court may ya fir kisi ngo ka sahara lekar,is company ke MD ko bahar lane may madad karni chahiy or company dobara shuru karne ki guhar lagani chahiy.Tabhi hum apne paisa vapis ane ki ummid kar sakte hay.

I HAVE INVETSED 125000/- RS. IN OM SAI NATH CAR RENTAL CO. MY DEC. 09 CHEQUE DISHONOURED FROM BANK. THERE IS SOME FROUD IN OM SAI NATH CAR RENTAL CO. LTD. & AXIS BANK. BUT CO. HAS NOT COMMUNICATED ME THAT WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED & WHEN THIS ISSUE WILL BE CLEARED. PLEASE HELP ME.
