[Resolved] Shree Raksha Gas Agency Hebbagodi, Bangalore - Bharat Gas — Non-delivery of gas refills for 3 days

I am customer of Bharat Gas - Shree Raksha Gas Agency, Hebbagodi, Bangalore. My consumer id is 32530 and SV No.[protected]. I have shifted from Valsad, Gujarat to Bangalore. I paid the required deposit and amount for 2 refills on 20-May-2009. I was promised delivery at 10:30 AM on 21-may-2009. When they did not deliver on 21-May-2009, we contacted them and they said that they would deliver at 10:30 AM on 22-May-2009. We (my wife and I) repeatedly contacted Shree Gas Agency and they went on telling us the they would deliver at 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM. Finally they told us that they would deliver the refills at 10:30 AM on 23-May-2009. When I told them that I would complain, they asked me to go ahead. I am really vexed with the agency and we are unable to take proper meals. The place where I live is far from any decent restaurents. I am in real distress, with no cooking gas at home to eat a meal. Respected Consumer Complaint Officer,

My name is Boopalan & # is 37501, I have booked the Gas to Sri Raksha Gas Agency in 29days back. But still not getting the cylinder. I have so many time called this nos.[protected], 27836911, 27835733, 27831949, [protected], [protected]. but Ringiing or Engagged Only. So i will see when they give the cylinde and i will see in feature also, same like it happen i will put a Case to consumer Court. And they are giving Very Bad Service and Deleviery boys also asking Extra many for Rs.50/-.per cylinder. Pls take a neccessery action to this Agency.
