dear sir,

I am living in jhansi and i have a domestic lpg connection of bharat gas .The consumer no of connection is 12164 Name-Sanjay kumar gupta Address-645, D`cruz compound, Masiha ganj, Sipri bazar, Jhansi. and My Distributor is M/S Surya gas agency . I have booked my refill on 14/06/2009
and till now i could not get my refill cylinder. I have complained to distributor but he did not take any action. .
so please register my complaint and kindly make sure my home delivery of lpg.

LPG — Delay in home delivery of LPG refill by Agency in Jhansi

Booking for LPG refill was done on 25th Jan'08. The agency does not attend telephone calls for reminders. Therefore I had to go physically to remind the same. Despite repeated reminders no action has been taken. My consumer no. is 603093.

Bharat Gas — delaying of refilling domestic cylinder

I have complain that I booked for refilling of domestic cylinder on date 04/07/08 but till now (24/07/08) I am not getting my cylinder, in the mean while I have remind them several times by attending physically but they are not ready to listen properly. I am facing so much problem so I am requesting to higher authorities of bharat gas to take action.

bharat domestic lpg — delay in delivery

dear sir,

I am living in jhansi and i have a domestic lpg connection of bharat gas .The consumer no of connection is 12164 Name-Sanjay kumar gupta Address-645, D`cruz compound, Masiha ganj, Sipri bazar, Jhansi. and My Distributor is M/S Surya gas agency . I have booked my refill on 03/05/2009
and till now i could not get my refill cylinder. I have complained three times to distributor but he did not take any action. every time i have to complain 4-5 times distributor takes minimam 20 days to give the refill. Many customer like me are fedup with distributor.In jhansi there are many cars are running by lpg .and here is not any lpg filling station for cars so i thing the gas is being black marketed.
so please register my complaint and kindly make sure my home delivery of lpg.

My Gas card no is 28562. Agency is Ranka Gas Chinchwad. I have booked to refill the cylender on 13 July 2009. Now 18 days over but I didnot got the delivary.

After spiking with agency they are saying the address is incomplit . But I am not a new customer & they have delivered the cylender many of times before. Hence the incomplet adderess is not acceptable to me .

As per BP I am suppose to get cylender within 24Hrs. But It always takes to 10-15 days in delivery. request you to solve those issues at earliest .

Ranka Gas — Delay in delivery of Gas Cylinder

Gas was booked for Reg No 28617 on13/01/11. Have a booking code 93 given thru' SMS by Ranka Gas Chinchwad. Same is still not delivered till 27/01/11. All nos are buzy & no response.

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery of Domestic refill cylinder

Whenever we book the domestic gas cylinder of Bharat Gas, we receive the cylinder only after 20 to 22 days.
Who is going to help the complaints???

We had booked for my refill with the local Bharat Gas( CHAITANYA MAHAPRABHU GAS SERVICE, Bhyander E) on Nov 6th 2012 and was promised delivery within 4 days but when we failed to receive the delivery till Nov 15th, we visited the Bharat gas off on 16th and we were told the Nov 6th deliveries were going out that day and that we would receive our delivery by the evening.
But we failed to receive our refill that day.
I called their office on 17th morning and they promised to send it by that evening and failed to do so.
Then I called them up this morning (22nd) and they promised to send it today but failed to do so.
Now they say they will do the delivery tomorrow(23rd).
Everyday they said they would deliver I have stayed at home the whole day so there is no way they can say my door was locked as they said today.
Hope and pray they will keep up their word and deliver it tomorrow.(23rd)

    Dear All, A new type of cheating is happening in gas agency, its like if we are taking a new connection they are insisting the consumers to buy a new gas stove. It is displayed in the board that it is consumers discretion to buy a new stove with new connection, but if we are asking about this notice they are saying that the petroluem company thenselves are insiting them to sell the stove with all the new connections. In my case, I have 2 gas stoves with one connection. My loss is 3000 Rupees. Please some body take some actions against this. {Venus gas, Trivandrum}

    i have applied for a new connection on dated 25/01/2015 and get booking no.14176041 for availing the connection i personally visited ABHA GAS AGENCY at meerut location along with my kyc docs after waiting in a long line i meet person named sunil who distributed new connection he force me to buy hot plate and many other product with new connection with total cost of rs 5200. i told him that i already have an isi certified hot plate and i don't need it and also told him that it not obligatory to buy the same from you .it is also mention on notice board also .after that he deny me to provide the connection and miss behave with me when i ask him about complaint book he say it is lock and he can't provide the same, and submit my form and say our surveyor will visit at your place and inspected the hot plate if we found ok the we thought about the connection.
    what is this ????????????????????????????????
    is this kind of services bharat gas provide to their consumers
    please help me for availing the connection .and do the needful .

      I wish to apply for a new LPG connection of Bharat Gas. I am told that currently new connections are freezed. I have been put on waiting list. Up to this the things are ok. but I have been told that I need to pay 5200/- for new connection in which Gas Stove is compulsory.

      As far as I know taking of Gas stove is not compulsory and the Dealers are putting is as a compulsion to increase the consumer cost, make their own commission & harrasing the consumer.

      Please let me know if this is compulsore as I have been told that this is compulsory done by Bharat Petrolium.

        This complaint is about BP Petrol Pump in Ambattur OT

        I Have Been Cheated by these pupils for about two times of filling the petrol for my Two Wheeler
        While Filling they are tring to divert our attention from the Meter as they are keeping the same Meter Reading of the Previous Filled reading they start from that Reading this is how they are Cheating

        The same complaint have been experienced by my friends so please avoid that petrol pump

        Petrol bunk employees — Petrol bunk employees - easy money

        Id like to compalin about the operation of petrol bunks in Bangalore.
        When I went to the bunk I clearly told the guy who collects the money that I want to fill gas for 500 Rs and gave him the money.

        Now the pump attendant who I also told to fill for Rs 500 acts as though he did'nt hear meand puts gas for Rs 100 .

        I tell him I said 500/- he switches off the pump and checks with the other guy who collects the money.
        This cash guy now comes and confirms that it is 500 Rs, and then distracts you by asking idiotic irrelevant questions eg of which are below :

        1. Sir do you have a petro card ( why does he need to know when ive already given him the money)

        2. Do you want the front windshield cleaned.

        3. The air in your front tire is less.

        4. If you give me another 6 Rs we will put for a round figure of XX litres.

        All this to keep you distracted

        Now the guy has started filling gas again and fills up to 400 Rs.

        So when confronted he says Rs 100 was initially put and then Rs 400.

        But what did not happen is though he switched the pump off after the first 100 Rs he did not reset the reading and started off again from there( at 100), thus you get only Rs 400 worth of fuel while you have paid 500 Rs.

        These questions asked were to distract you from the meter so he can start refilling again without resetting the meter.

        Their targets are usually :

        1. 4 wheelers only where your filling in amounts above Rs 500/-
        2. Out of karnataka registration
        3. Women drivers
        4. Usually single occupant cars or women with kids in their cars.

        I got conned once and have been careful since, but have made notes on all their subsequent attempts to do the same.

        So many new cars come onto the roads everyday. New people coming into bangalore. These guys make a killing from unsuspecting motorists. Something needs to be done to stop this . Else we are encouraging a new category of Goondaism.

        Petrol bunk owners need to be made aware of this and steps taken to form a system where the employee cannot do this.

        I have registered for booking the Gas Cylinder at Padmavathy Gas Agency, Selayur,Chennai - 600073, Tamilnadu on 11th Oct'2007. I was promised that delivery will be done in 4-5 days. But i have not received the cylinder till date. Whenever i call, either the line is engaged or they use to say, delivery person is not there otherwise they say out of stock. When I went there they did not provide any satisfactory answer and their behaviour too is rude.
        This thing is not new,but if you go by back gate you will always get the cylinder.
        Please look into the matter.

        i want to know about booking period from one to another cylinder & its delivery time. Because here is a distributor of Bharat Gas, he says that the booking period is 30 days&delivery will be given in next 7 or8 days.so there is a problem to collect L.P.G.

        Bharat Petroleum (Bharat Gas) — NON DELIVERY OF LPG CYLINDER - CONSISTENT RECORD OF POOR SER VICE

        I am a consumer of BHARAT GAS . My consumer no.6291. with M/S THILLAI GAS SERVICE, KUMBAKONAM-612001.

        It has become rule of thumb with this dealer that we can book gas only after 21 days of last delivery. Gas will be supplied only atleast after 15 days of booking. If you forget your last arrival date you will suffer. That does not matter. Where as Indane consumers are getting with in a week.

        You cant contact over phone although they have 2 phone connecttions officialy for this. That will be always busy. (rather kept busy for not attending consumer calls) This is happening for the past several years.

        It is better for the company to find a new dealer here or appoint one more dealer to cater the needs of Bharat consumer gas user.

        Today when I tried to lodge complaint thro ebharatgas.com company official website for lodging complaint it is also not working.

        Bharat Petroleum — Poor Service Of LPG

        I face very poor response from Manvir Gas Agency, Chand Bagh, Bhajanpura, Delhi every time whenever I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook and if we are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 10-12 days. In fact if we don't follow up, they do not bother to deliver at all. Last time I booked a cylinder vide booking no. 225 dated 2.1.08 against which I have not received cylinder till date 12.1.08. Couple of months back I am receiving cylinder having less LPG. At present one cylinder consumed for 11-12 days only whilst in past it was consuming for 15-16 days. Please look in to the matter seriously & take necessary steps to make proper delivery of cylinder.
        This complaint is about Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Near Trilok Puri Gurdwara, DELHI 91.

        Staff of this pump cheat customer by engaging them in talks like credit card payment, wind shield cleaning, or sometime even by talking about the weather. While talking, one of them will obstruct customer's view and meatime person who is filling the petrol will clear the meter.

        Once the meter is clear there is no easy way to prove that quantity is same as for which you have paid!!

        I have booked my lpg cylinder on 15/01/08 over phone.Further on 19/01/08 I called again & was told that cylinder will be delivered till 21/01/08.But now no body is picking phone neither cylinder was delivered.I have seen one of the hawker delivering cylinder to one of the person who use to fill small cyliners.

        I want to know how could I recieve my cylinder.

        I want to know how could I recieve my cylinder.
        The gas dealer never picks up our and call and they never supply the gas cylinder in time. They say they can deliver only in 10-12 days but they never ever deliver in that time.

        Is there any one who can take action against this useful distributor.

        Petrol — Less petrol given by one of hindustan petrol pump dealer

I had faced this problem second time. so updating u regarding the same. Please do action against these type of cheating people.

        This complaint is about Mauli Petroleum, Baner, Pune.

        There are generally two staff members, one who fills the tank and other who makes the bill. I kept checking the meter which was on 50, but the minute he was supposed to clear the meter and fill the tank, the other guy who makes the bill handed me the bill. By the time I turned back the meter was on 70.

        Such cases have happened with a lot of other people, I got to know when I was telling everyone about my experience.

        Govrnment should cancel the license for such dealers... It is better to travel to a far off petrol pump than get cheated.
        i am a lpg customer.my connection no 8876.in kumbakonam at THILLAI GAS AGENCY. the above agency was takes more than 30 days for giving lpgs to customers.the cylinder to be booked only 21 days after getting thecylinder and after booking they are taking 30 days for supplying the lpg cylinder for residence use. totally it takes 60 days for getting every cylinder.it is very difficult to us.pls kindly arrange the cylinder delivery at the earliest for that pls kindly take action thanking u yours faithfully HASEENA BEGUM
        This complaint is about Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump in Basaveshvara Nagar Bangalore (Krapanikethan Service Station Bangalore).
        Today[protected] I had been to this pump and asked the boy there to fill the petrol for Rs 1000. He fixed the amount display to 900 and when I asked him, about the less amount he told me that there is only 3 digit display so he will put the remaining amount in next round. So after filling for Rs 900, he put the pertol for Rs 10, when I asked about that, he told me that he had put 990 + 10. Infact he had put for only 900 in the first round I am very sure. I had no option but to argue with him, But he was not listening.So I left from there thinking that I have been cheated of Rs 90.
        I hope Company would take this issue and sort it out, so that other customers would not be cheated.

        M/S Anmol gas agency not giving refill booking no. only mentioning only date and asking to comr after a week on godwn to collect the cylinder.
        After that i booked the refill onlineon 19th jun08 & order placment date is given by co. is 19th jun08.my refill booking no is 264642, my cons.id 5424,
        After that daily i am contacting with agency as well as CRO banglore but till date 1 st july 08 refill not delivered
        and try to CRO banglore he make commitment it
        please guide me now.

        petrol pump electrical problem
        HP Station @ Raj Bawan road in Trivandrum hides the stock of Normal Petroleum and forces customers to buy Premium petrol.
        I shown the digital board showing stock of normal petrol, equally available, they filled only for me]

        Again for the subsequent customers they are filling...

        They were initally asking me to leave if dont want Premium petrol...

        the bharath petroleum pump in pallavaram ( tn lorry owners federation (tnlof) bpcl bunk) is one of the worst bunks of bharath petroleum.

        these people here never make consumers ensure zero before putting petrol. i have suffered a lot of times . i have a bharath petroleum petrocard so i am forced to use this bunk frequently. even today i had picked up a fight when i went in my car and asked them to put 5 litres of petrol. just when i turned back the meter showed 1.44l . i argued with them asking why was i not told to ensure zero before putting petrol and what i got back was a abuse in filthy tamil language. i told them i will not pay a single paisa and retorted and came back. i also took a photo of the meter saying i gonna file a complaint

        and another thing i have seen here is that these people cheat on quantity of fuel too. normally my santro gives 100-104 kms/10 litres of petrol in any other bpcl bunk but in this bunk petrol it gives me only 85-90 kms/ 10 litres. i really wanna complain about this bunk to bpcl. but i dont think they will even see my complaint
        Im witring this complaint with the wrst Experience of the Police Department in our town. Im Staying in Kumbakonam.thanjavur District. I 've applied for my Passport on 7th of August 2008, the Passport police verification has to be take place with in 15 days as pernorms of passport authority 'said... Still now i ve not recived any police verification form.i ve enquired in both policde station in our town... when ever i go to the station.no one will be availabe. or they are busy. or Ive to serve those

        wat i feel, is they better wear a saree, sit behind thier wife, n serve them...

        As and when We make a call to this Agencies they dont pick up the phone. And also they change the phone no frequently without any intimation to the customer. If We book for refilling the gas through phone they do not register the booking. We have to call up or go straight to the agency to conform the booking.
        Please take necessary action on the irresponsible service provider who makes the bharat petroleum to loos the business.

        Cause of this i Going to change to Indane Gas .

        Bharat Petroleum — Staff Cheating while filling GAS

        Two days back i filled GAS for my car (WAGONR)in Bharath pertrol pump which is there in CAR CARE Centre, 143/97, Anna Salai, Ch-2.I was shocked because the GAS tank capacity as per maruti company is 22.5 litre.I got the bill from the petrol pump staff for 28.5 litre and also the meter is reading shows me 28.5 litre.How come it is possible.If iam not getting the proper response.I will go to consumer court.

        I have noticed that when filling the other man talks about the payment and diverts attention, and cheats in filling less. I had found another man arguing about the same today and felt that I should support and we gathered a large number of crowd, and many had the same problem. There was almost a commotion and traffic was held up on this route.

        HP is not 1/2 KM away from this bunk.

        If you want business you may take action on the bunk owners and desist them from doing such nasty business.

        I was in Punjab from 10th Oct 08 to 25th Oct 08 and was traveling around. I am a Petro card holder from Bombay and was not able to use the same at any of the petrol pumps across Punjab.

        Even at one of the hyped places of Sector 17 in Chandigarh.

        I have collected receipts from all these pumps, Please tell me the procedure to load all at amount that I spend.

        also let me know if this card works only in mumbai. Or there is some geographical restriction on the card.

        I am a consumer of BHARAT GAS . My consumer no.5733. with M/S THILLAI GAS SERVICE, KUMBAKONAM-612001.

        It has become rule of thumb with this dealer that we can book gas only after 21 days of last delivery. Gas will be supplied only atleast after 15 days of booking. If you forget your last arrival date you will suffer. That does not matter. Where as Indane consumers are getting with in a week.

        You cant contact over phone although they have 2 phone connecttions officialy for this. That will be always busy. (rather kept busy for not attending consumer calls) This is happening for the past several years.

        It is better for the company to find a new dealer here or appoint one more dealer to cater the needs of Bharat consumer gas user.

        So, I try to to Indane, Thirubuvanam. I submit my transfer application to them. but they not interested to receive it. they informed to meet the owner. he told that, i am busy, come next friday. this is happens 4 times. almost 1.5 month gone. till i can't transfer or surrender my connection. If you visit his office you can see atlest 2 person fight with owner everyday. i not interest to continue with him.

        any one give suggestion to releive form him. can i submit case to consumer court.

        I refill in Bharat Petroleums Govt. Owned service center, Chandrasekhar Phase1, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

        I have often noticed that when filling petrol one or more employees will be there and one of them talks about the payment, asks for change or requests for filling in 50's or 100's and diverts attention, and cheats in filling less. By the time you look back at the meter you can notice the meter moved into the requested amount. I had found one man complaining the same to the supervisor present there. But the supervisor argued that you cannot force us how slow/fast we should fill your bike. It is your responsibility to catch the reading. There some useless people managing the petrol pump over there who often found to be chitchatting near by you to convert your attention.I am not sure if this forum can help to crack the hiding thieves in hundreds of petrol pump. Though the chances are mere but lets hope that there are still some people working in BP who cares for the image of there company.

        this complain is regarding BPCL prtrol pump near telephone exchange station road indore(m.p)
        at the time of the filling the petrol one of the staff woker distrub the customer with some talk mean while other clear the meter with final reading. in my case he switched the meter from 60 to 100 rs.

        Two issues with Bharat Petroleum: Today I was cheated at Bharat Petreolum filling station in Ramnagaram (on main BM Road directly opposite Ramnagaram Main Bus Stand). It was a deliberate “double act” whereby one employee distracted me and the other started filling not from 000 but from the amount (about Rs 60) from the previous customer. Rs 60 is not a big issue. Being cheated is a big issue.

        Tried to email vigilance officer from Bharat Petreolum website but no emails given. I have written to the address provided but surely if we cannot easily report cheating by email or directly at the website then the lack of care by Bharat Petroleum can hardly be called vigilance. I tried to make a complaint at the time at the filling station but was told it was 50 paise (which it was not) and to move away.

        Bharat Petroleum / LPG Home — Inordinate Delaly

        I am LPG(Home) consumer of Bharat Petroleum. My gas is delivered by their agent M/s National Gas Service Hisar (Haryana) . They claim that they deliver the refilled cylinder after 5 days of booking which is completely false. I get my booking done on 28.01.2009. Today it is 16th February 2009, but refilled cylinder is not delivered to me. When i personally visit to their office at Kameri Road their staff behaved in a very rude manner.
        If this complaint is read by concerned person please do the needful action.

        BPCL — unavailability of normal petrol

        This is to inform that i am a regular customer of GAGAN FILLING STATION. At station these days there is only speed petrol availale, due to which it costs me much more. Being living in outskirts of city, it is not feasible for me to go to city for fuel. This must be rectified as room as possible.
        I am consumer of HP LPG in Valli Gas from 14.02.2001. Now I am getting gas cylinder from Sri Ram Gas Agencies, Valparai. When I booked gas cylinder to this consumer no. 609935 to Sri Ram Gas Agencies, they refused to give the cylinder, that they are told this consumer no. is not in your name. The book and the bond are in my name only.
        I am in very difficult position now. So kindly do necessary arrangements to me to get me the cylinder.

        I am from a small town called as Nagina Pin code -246762 . in west UP dist Bijnor. Here you have two petrol pump . One near Railway crossing the Dealer is Baijnath. He always keep the normal leaded petrol tank dry & force consumers to by High speed Petrol & diesel. Another at NH 74 Dhampur road keeps His Pumps out of order & despence petrol from a drum & measuring pan. There is some mischieve going on i suspect the one near railway crossing sells normal diesel & petrol as High speed . & another at Dhampur road might be keeping pump out of order to sell low quality petrol mixture. Pease check them today & you will find this problem as real & persistent.

        Please take appropriate action as both pumps are owned by your company.

        Bharat Petrol Pump — Petrol Pump staff cheating on quantity of fuel

        Hi,

        I have noticed major cheating issue at the Bharat patrol pump loacted at Malka Ganj (opposite Hansraj college)

        Staff is involed in cheating while they try to enggage the driver in fake talk and other guy just stopped the fuel at some point. I have been cheated 4 times in a month.

        Please look into this ASAP.

        I filled Petrol from the Petrol Pump near to Citi Bank ATM, Kodihalli, Bangalore. Because of past experience, I told him 3-4 times Rs. 100 to fill. Instead that !@#$%^&*() filled Petrol only for 40, then resetted and filled for 60.

        I shouted and told I had asked to fill petrol for Rs. 100 and why u filled it for Rs. 40. He didnt say a word. I understood I was cheated.

        Dear sir,

        M/S Anmol gas agency not delivering Domestic Gas in time. Though I have booked my Gas on 7th March 2009 even till today 16 March the cylinder has not arrived. I am not sure as how long I have to wait for the cylinder.

        Even when we go to the Depot to collect the gas we are asked to pay the delivery charges even though we are making payments for carrying the empty gas cylinder to the shop and returning with the filled cylinder.

        I am a bp card holder no CU[protected] since a decade . I WAS ACCUMULATING POINTS over 480000

        finally decided for a redemption on 26-12 -08 and submitted . It is over 3 months forget about item not

        dear panel im a regural bike rider I stay in cuttack orissa...one bharat petrolium petrol pump situated at buxi bazar cuttack is givng less petrol..they do make zero but when they start giving petrol the LCD display starts wth 0.10(which means already 100ml of oil gone), when we ask they say they say motor is fast one cannot see, please sir take necessary steps to stop this...our hard earned money is being looted openlly

        I am fro Agra and today i got petrol filled at Bharat Petroleum petrol pump and soon after that my car started knocking and strange smell also started coming. After some time the vehicle stopped and was towed to a workshop who confirmed that instead of petrol solvent was filled due to which the fuel pump also gave way and the entire tank had to be cleaned and a new pump fitted. Apart from wasting 500/- on petrol i ended up spending another 1000/- for bringing my car back to the road. Not to mention the professional loss of over 5000/- suffered by me today.

        Bharat Petroleum - Issue with Petrol Pump

        Issue date : 20/06/2009, around 8pm

        This particular problem relates to the Petrol pump in the name of :
        M/s Goel Kohli and Sons, Alambagh, Lucknow (UP)
        Ph:[protected]as told by the acting manager)

        This petrol pump is supposed to offer both the normal petrol and
        the branded one (Speed). It seems to have a perennial problem with
        the machines supplying the normal petrol. There more than 3 machines
        for each (normal and Speed). It has happened many times in past that
        all the Speed ones remain working while all the normal ones do not
        work most of the times. The staff there makes some or the other
        excuse everytime the normal machine is not working.

        On the evening of Jun 20, when I stopped at this pump to get a refill
        the same story of normal machine not working was repeated.
        I went to their office and demanded for complaint book to register
        the issue. The person available there (one Mr. Dileep Kumar Singh)
        first came out with me to the petrol vending machine offering
        that the normal machines are working, to be told by the staff they
        were actually not working.

        Mr. Dileep was hesitant in giving the complaint. He tried to
        convince/request me with multiple statements, that there is not
        much use entering the complaint as the ROUTINE CHECKS are RARE
        and it will not help much on writing the complaint. He even offered
        to compensate me with the difference between Normal and Speed prices.
        And then came to requesting that it will create problem for his
        owners.

        When I rejected all his convincing and argued that let me write
        the complaint, and I do not need anything else and seeing that
        I'm trying to mobilize other customers to write the complaint,
        he came up with the excuse that the complaint book is not present
        there. On demanding who is the manager/owner, he said that manager
        leaves early in the day and takes away the complaint book with him.

        Mr. Dileep even declined to give the contact numbers of the owner/manager.

        This is a sorry picture of how petrol pump owners are pocketing
        sizeable sum from innocent customers. And, customers can't even
        lodge the complaints.

        Can we request that the petrol ministry intervene to make things easy
        for customers:

        - Best way would be to disallow sales of all branded petrol/diesel.
        Studies have shown there is no significant improvement in performance
        of vehicles with branded fuel

        - Else, make it mandatory for all petrol pumps to up in huge placards
        whenever their machines for Normal versions of fuel are not working
        or out of stock. And this should be forced and violations be checked
        routinely.

        Bharath petroleum Limited — Poor service by the petrol Pump

        I went to Andhra Pradesh Auto Service Petrol pump for filling petrol.Bill No.3313 dt.17.8.09 I told the fillingperson at the bunk to put 50ml oil for which the cost was shown Rs.7.50 and petrol for RS.112.00 total Rs.120. The person at the station not returned the change 0.50 paise. Let it be it is not for .50 paisa but when I asked for the bill he said to go to spcific counter and collect the bill. When I asked complaint book and manager nobody give proper reply and simply they said that manager is not availble. This particular thing are happing at BPL petrol Bunks only. Previouly I complained about saroornagar petrol Bunk. I request to look into the matter. I also suggest that because at the left side at Malakpet there is no petrol bunk that is the reason this type of treatment is being given to the customers.
        I have personally gone and seen that they keep the receiver of the phone on the desk (due to which we get the message - this phone no. does not exist or get an engaged tone). I have fought with these people but of no use. Everytime same problem. I dont know how HP is tolerating with these type of agencies even after so many complaints on them. I am surprised to see somany compalints on the net on this agency. Infact I had called up HP also once and complained.
        I hve booked my refill 15 days back and still not received it. everytime (whenever u get the line) they say they will send it today or tomorrow. but so far it has not come. sometimes they will erase the earlier booking and book it fresh when you ask why cylinder has not come. Next time when you call they will tell that you have booked 2 days back only and when you expalin they will tell that there is some computer problem.

        Does anybody have a solution to this. Poor hapless office goers.
        On 10th Sept, 2009 at approx 11 a.m, I visited Cafe Fuel, 131A, kalikapur Road, Kolkata and asked the lady to fill Normal Diesel of Rs 500 for my Tata India and she filled petrol of Rs 500, even after I took confirmation from her if she was filling normal diesel only. My car stooped at 1 Km from the petrol pump and somehow managed to take it to a service station by a Break Down Van. When I complained the pump manager regarding same, he was not much bothered. Is this kind of service we expect from a BP Petrol Pump? Who will take responsibility of the engine if its seized??? Can BP as a company take care of this? Otherwise today they lost at least one customer. i shall await a communication to my e-mail.

        BPCL Ltd Petrol Pumps — Misbehave

        Dear Concern.

        This refers to Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump at Outer Circle of CP , the owners & employees of the petrol pump misbehave and also use abusive and foul language with the customers, when asked to use auto fuel dispenser, and says "you will have to take what we are giving else you can go to other places".

        It is requested to cancel the allocation of the said petrol pump or at least should be given stern warning to him and his employees to honestly fill up the tank of amount paid. This is a corruption of great height and sort of daylight robbery.

        It is requetsed to take necessary action on the same. I am also planning to launch a formal complaint with the concerned authorities.
        Famous Auto Service station located in Kandivili (West) mumbai , is a authorised dealer of Bharat Petroleum , They have faulty measuring system through which over billing of fuel is done, On 16 th Dec 09 , My car which has a capacity of 35 litres fuel was partially empty , I asked him to fill the Tank , which ran upto 32.34 litres. On compalining the attendents had no answer , I asked him to ensure me the meter with 5 litre can , they refused to check it and did not gave any complaint book.


        I had no choice then to ask them to give me a bill of 32 litres and leave the place.

        i had booked for refil of LPG cylinder with Madam Enterprises - a domestic gas agent of Bharat Petroleum ,on 5th Dec vide booking no 2564. they assured that the gas will be supplied in ten days.

        I fueled my car with 27 litres of fuel on the 26 december 2009 from bpcl self owned fuel pump in dwarka, an when i noticed the sub meter it showed only 24 litres to be withdrawn, when asked about the diffrence the attendents failed to respond and asked me to talk to the manager once he comes that being after four hours of my transaction .This has been repeated several times before . I even filed a complaint with the bpcl site, however no responce has followed up to me as yet .

        My Bharat Gas consumer is 317231 and it is under dealer dev mogara in mira road. I have booked the Gas on 27-dec and today 4 feb but haven't received the delivery. i daily follow up but they not responding to me. Everytime they are delaying and forcing me to take delivery from godown. there is godown is 4KM from house but they are refusing to deliver, can you help me how to resolve this issue

        I the consumer of your company residing in bangalore and my consumer no.10369 enrolled in your distributor M/s. bharat Bangalore gas agencies, no.102, 8th main, 1st stage, btm layout, bangalore.

        After one month of receiving my cylinder, I have booked again the cylinder 15 days back and i was keep on calling your agency for the cylinder but, regret to say that they have not delivered the gas cylinder nor they keep their telephone free and when they come on line they say that they have come to my house and found locked. but its false, always the same dailogue they tell because to sell in black. When i personally met them the staff behaviour is very rude and they told me to change the company if i am not satisfied.

        Hence, I request you to take immediate action against the agency and help me to get the cylinder in time.

        Bharat Petroleum — Cheating on quantity of fuel

        The Petrol Pump of Bharat Petroleum at Domestic Airport, Delhi does a big cheat on the quantity of fuel of around 500-700 ml in Rs. 100/- fuel i.e. 2.24 ltrs. I went the said petrol pump today i.e. 24.02.2010 at about 5:45 pm and i asked them to fill fuel of Rs. 100/-. Earlier to refilling the fuel.. i was already having around fuel of 400-500 ml in my bike and its having a 2 ltrs. reserve. But after travelling for just around 3 kms., my bike came in reserve again. That clearly shows that the petrol pump staff is doing a big cheating on quantity of fuel at this Petrol Pump.

        Bharat Petroleum — threatning me

        Sir i am mailing this from Chennai tamilnadu i went to bharat petroleum petrol (Smayuktha Agencies, Avvai Shunmugam Salai, Gopalapuram near chief ministers residence at 8.00 a.m. they have only speed fuel and not the normal fuel. when i ring up the mobile no. [protected] displayed in the noticed board they refuse to talk the mobile and said whatever possible by you, you can do it when i called the mobile no. the same answer you can do what ever possible and one of the staff threaten me by note down my 2 wheeler nos. now days goondas are given dealer ship and now i dont know to go for police station are given mail to Bharat petroleum authorities?

        associated petrol pump — cheating by staff

        Dear Sir,

        In Ahmedabad c g road is very posh area. At cg road Asociated petrol pump of IOC is sitchueted. unfortunatly there are total staff cheaters. they never think about custrmer of good service. they invent new idias for cheating. they mix deseal in oil, they do SETTING with drivers and billing more then they filled, they generet frod id and take XTRA Mile Card and sweep daily and take the gifts at home. but noone is interested to stop all this.
        If you can do smthing then please do the needfull.

        Bharath Petroleum bunk opposite JNTU beside Viswanath Theatre in KPHB is the WORST Bunk i have ever seen. They always cheat. The Quality & Quantity are miserable. They fill less petrol and they mix something in petrol that our bike starts giving problems.
        Engine sound changes immediately after filling petrol there. They abuse us if we ask them about.

        The bharat petroliums having one filling station at kotpad which is located in nh 43 ,kotpad. this station not working since 5 years. the kotpad"s public facing more problems due to short of quality products of fuel.this is only one pump in this location .this town is a nac and its population 40 thousand . some retailers are illigaly providing petrol and disel and other products which is very low qulity and mixed but there is no other solution and the needy people bound to purchase it. so i request to the bharta petrolium authrity to take nessery action within short day.which is failed to slove our problem then on behalf ofthe public of kotpad i filied a public interest litication case againest the company .
        No one is aware what has happened. One thing is certain. Complaints are always there. May be customers can demand self-service pumps (with credit/debit card facility) from oil companies.

        BPCL — wrong reporting

        I am consumer of BPCL gas and regiestered with Sunny Gas service vide consumer no 9007242. I have booked cylinder though net on[protected] vide acknoledge no 2175921. On[protected] the satus has shown as delivered without delievering the cylinder . To whom this cylinder has been delivered.
        Myself Mr. Vijay bhatia, from jamnagar gujarat. Gas no. 25174.
        i have booked my gas after 21 days on 26/8/2010, as per rule i should be getting the delivery in 2 days. But now they are saying i would get after 10 to 12 days as festive season. Though there is no holidays still such a pathetic answer.Plus the women who is registering the order doesn't pick up the phone to jot down orders on time so more delay in ordering, also the entire staff is very rude when we personally went to complaint. They staff person straight away tells us "to get out".

        They didn't even gave us the complaint registration book, which is the right of the customer. I had talked to the Mr. Pradip kale. mob. no. [protected].. After which they just gave notebook with a stamp of bharat petroleum gas.. and asked to write complaint in that. Complaint registration no. 1. But the response is poor from that end too.         This is to bring in to your kind notice that today morning i have visited one of your fuel station in jaipur near " Pani Pech Choraha ( Jhotwara Road ) and i m very disappointed after had fuel in my vehicle because they people fill fuel manually and in between many time they push the fuel pipe button which is not right.
        I have noticed that when filling the other man talks about the payment and diverts attention, and cheats in filling less. Many time i told these people to get repaired this fuel pipe but all the time they says "it doesn't matter that button of the pipe is repaired or not you are getting right quantity of fuel" in a very rude manner.


        So today i decided to meet the manager of this fuel station to complaint for the same but i get disappointed again because the manager said to me that the company is not repairing the fuel pipe button then i said get repaired it own your own. And again and the manager trying to say me that you are getting right quantity of fuel.


        This fuel station is most convenient to my home but i always avoid to take fuel from this station because from last 2 year they people have been filling fuel by manually and when we complaint for the same they behave very bed.


        Kindly get repaired the fuel pipe ASAP.

        Bharat Petroleum Baner Petrol Station — Diesel filled-in inside the petrol tank of car

        On Wednesday, 8th September 2010, I was at the Bharat Petroleum outlet on Baner Road, Pune for filling the petrol tank of my Swift Dzire Petrol car. I specifically requested the petrol attendant to fill-in Rs. 500 worth of petrol in the car fuel tank. However, instead of petrol, he filled-in diesel in the tank thus impacting the engine.

        My car stopped soon after I left the petrol pump and I went back to the pump and confronted the petrol pump person. He admitted that by mistake he had filled-up diesel instead of petrol.

        This mistake has resulted in my car being towed to the Maruti Service Center and the fuel tank being cleaned at my cost. The cost of this has been t the tune of INR 2000. Additionally I have no use for the INR 500 worth of diesel filled in the tank. My total damage has been to the tune of INR 2500 with possible future impact on the engine of the car. Additionally, I have gone through mental trauma in getting the car repaired and the uncertainity over the future of the car which is worth over INR 500000. Please take this up with Bharat Petroleum and let me know how I can recover at least my damages of INR 2500.
        This is to bring to your notice that Bharat Petroleun Petrol Pumps at Rajkot (Gujarat) do not provide facilities fixed by the Corporation. I, Bharatbhai Gajipara - Rajkot, am regular custmor of Bharat Petroleum and visit the Petrol Pump located at Mavdi Road, Near Fire Brigade, Rajkot. There it has no facility for filling the air in the tyres. On asking they simply ask for many excuses like compressure is out of order/ today boy is on leave or some other. The Corporation has fixed paramiters for a pump but they donot follow and even your supervisors are slack in checking. I have suffered loss for their inefficiency in form of two tyres of my vehicle.

        The same situation is of the Kisan Petrol Pump situates at Gondal Road, Rajkot.

        You are requested to see it as early as possible to avoide inconvenience to the regular custmores.

        Yesterday night i have put petrol for 500 rupees(i.e. 8.75 litres) near Hotel Raddison Airport Road, chennai. I had doubt and start watching the log machine which was running below the digital meter. It was started from running *****56 and stopped at *****73, so only 7 litres were gone inside my tank but the digital meter running as 8.75 litres.I asked about the log and digital meter but the Petrol bunk employee said that log is not working so, digital meter is only correct, log value is wrong he said. Also he added log cannot be taken out and shown to customers. Then i came home checked by taking all petrols out in bottles.I noticed only 7.75 litres petrol were inside my tank.Already i have around 1 litre petrol in my bike so their cheating is confirmed.I need justice else will post my comment in all forums and press.

        Bharat Petroleum — LPG Erratic supply

        I am a customer of Bharat Petroluem gas witth agency K. Ramanaiah Bharat Agency, Valasaravakkam, Chennai -87.My consumer No. 18035. The gas supply is very erratic and for LPG supply many unreasonable conditions are imposed viz. the agency is adamant in insisting that from the date of booking of one cylinder, at least after 21 days later only another booking would be registered. This condition seems very unreasonable and irrational.To add to the woes, there is always a lag tme of minimum 10 to 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder and the date of supply. If we add all these delays, normally one LPG comes for only 30days approxi. for a middle size family of four adults and one or two children. Under the cirucmstances, invariably all the consumers are put to extreme difficulty with the gas running out and they face untold suffferings without fule for cooking.The Government of India, or the Powers that be, should seriously think about this problem and find a satisfactory solution to then LPG consumers.         y complaint is against : Bharat petroleum petrol pump opposite magar patta hadapsar pune ( Maharashtra india) .

        I here by make a complaint against the Bharat Petroleum Bunk at Guindy (Mount Road) near the New Life Assemblies of God (before the church, on the left had side while going from Tambaram to Parrys).

        1. Today (20/12/2010) at 06:19 p.m. I filled petrol into my RX 100 YAMAHA BIKE (TN-04-Z-3472) at the above mentioned petrol bunk. I asked the person at the pumping station to fill petrol and 2 oil for Rs.150. Prior to me a lady had filled petrol for Rs.50 which included 1 oil for her TVS Scooty. The petrol on the petrol was showing Rs. 45.+ . While filling for my bike the person distracted me by looking at my SBI credit card in my hand and asking me "is that Bharat Petro Card sir?" As I was talking he started filling by bike without setting the mark to ZERO. I was highly doubtful and I asked him if he really filled Rs.150 worth petrol (which included 2 oil also). He said, "Yes". But to mt shock my bike went into reserve within a kilometer from the petrol bunk. Before filling my bike I had at least 1/2 a liter pertol. After filling petrol for Rs. 140 (excluding the price for 2 oils) it should have had at least 2.5 liters. And my bike on reserve can hold upto 1.75 liters or so only.
        I am shocked that looting int this fashion takes place in this petrol bunk. I used my credir card because I was low on cash. But these people have outrightly cheated me. I request the concerned officials in the government to take necessary action to close down bunks like this in the country.

        मैं अक्सर प्रीत विहार BPCL Company owned पेट्रोल पम्प से प्रेट्रोल भरवाता हूँ, आज 27/12/2010 भी मैंने पेट्रोल पम्प से 500 रुपए का पेट्रोल भरवाया ! मैंने अक्सर नोट किया हैं कि जैसे ही मीटर 500 रुपए पर आता है पेट्रोल भरने वाला तुरंत pipe nossle का लीवर अपने हाथ से खोलता है, और ये भी कई बार नोट किया हैं कि जैसे ही मीटर 500 रुपए पर आता है मीटर मशीन पर खड़ा एम्प्लोयी तुरंत मीटर मशीन में लगा लीवर अपने हाथ से ऊपर कर देता है |
        कृपया हमें बताएं कि जब आपका एम्प्लोयी 500 रुपए मशीन में फीड कर देता है तो उसको अपने हाथ से पेट्रोल सप्लाई रोकने कि क्या जरुरत है ? कई बार हमने इस बारे में टोका है लेकिन कोई असर नहीं पड़ता है | आप दोनों तरफ तो नजर नहीं रख सकते हैं |
        आज भी ऐसा ही हुआ | लड़के ने पेट्रोल भरा और 500 रुपए की रीडिंग आते ही तुरंत pipe nossle का लीवर छोड़ा और लड़की ने 500 रुपए की रीडिंग आते ही मशीन के अंदर लगा लीवर अपने हाथ से बंद किया |
        सोचिये, एक दिन में सैकड़ो कार पेट्रोल भरवाती हैं | मेरा ख्याल है कि pipe की लम्बाई करीब 5-6 मीटर तो होती होगी ही | और 5-6 मीटर में कम से कम 1लीटर पेट्रोल तो होगा ही | कम्पनी के अपने पेट्रोल पम्प पर ये कैसी धान्ध्ले बाजी |

        I will usually fill petrol worth 30Rs. morn and evening as per my daily beta. But when petrol price was hiked recently bharath petro bunk is not filling petrol for 30. They are conditionally telling minimum fuel purchase is 50rs only. Petrol Station is in Kanchipuram. I want to know how much minimum fuel i can purchase also want to solve this issue.         Petrol from Bharat Petroleum — Cheating in quantity

        In the last 2-3 months, I have noticed that at all Bharat Petroleum Pumps, the attendants dont fill the petrol at one go. Generally I fill the petrol in my car amounting to Rs.1000/- at a time. But the attendant will first fill for 100/- or 200/- and then pretend as if he has not heard the amount correctly and then fill for the balance. It has happened 100% of the time and I have noticed that the quantity of the fuel is also less when they fill in 2 times. This is the modus operandi of all BPCL pumps in Hyderabad and the matter needs a thorough investigation to catch the culprits who cheat on the innocent customers by giving lesser quantity of fuel.

          I am working with M&M. I purchased domestic Bharat gas connection 24-01-08 S.V. No. [protected] & My connection No:-9077

          1st issue:- I approached for my Second cylinder at 23rd Aug 2008 till date I am unable to do get the same.
          Every time I am asking for the 2nd cylinder I get new status & new commitment dates.

          2nd Issue:- I do not know why there is delay in the cylinder delivery even after 7 day prior booking.

          Please help me to overcome from these issues.

            I suspect that the cylinder has been used by others and delivered to the home use. Only 7 kg of gas has been delivered instead of 14.2 kg. who is going to take responsibility on this? what kind of action can taken with this kind of attitude?

                Muktsar gas service Muktsar (Punjab) the agency of Bharat Gas is booking the Refill after 21 days and the delivery of booking is always with in a weak after booking.                   This is to inform you that I had purchased two Gas Cylinders through TATKAL SYSTEM by paying around Rs.5, 000 as deposit for two Gas Cylinders. Initially, I was getting the gas supplies through Madam Enterprises. Now, the Gas supply agents are Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM Layout, Bangalore. These agents are not obliging to supply two gas cylinders on use. They are supplying only one gas cylinder in every 45 days time. Whereas, they have to supply one gas cylinder on consumption. They are saying the supply is less from the main source and they are not giving an answer for the second cylinder for which I have paid the deposit and no supplies are made for the second cylinder. I don't know how far it is true that the supply is less from their main source and why they are not supplying the gas for my second gas cylinder in possession.

                  This is to inform you that we purchased by depositing for two Gas Cylinders through Tatkal System in 1998. Our Consumer number is 12438.

                  Now, the gas supply agents - Bangalore Gas Agency, are not giving the supply for our second gas cylinder. Further, their supply is one gas cylinder in 45 days time after the bookings are made after 20 days of earlier supply. On questioning about the other gas cylinder, there is no answer to it.

                  Madam enterprises is one of the worst dealers in bangalore. I never had any experience with any other agengy. We have booked for the cylinder 10 days back and we do have only one cylinder. Everyday I keep calling them and they that it will be delivered tomorrow. So many tomorrow's are over and still they say tomorrow. I even called Customer grievience cell to complaint. They pick the call once in a blue moon. Last time they delivered after 20 days and that too without a bill.

                      Dear Sir's,
                      My consumer No. is 44601and booked refill cylinder on 08/06/2009 from the Sairam Gas agency Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai a dealer of Bharat Gas. I was assured delivery after two days i.e. on 10/6/2009. When the same was not delivered on 11/6/2009 I called up the agency staff and they assured to deliver in the evening on the same day. The delivery was not done so I called up the agency staff on 12/6/2009 and they tried to evade my call and remarked that there is some problem with my address. When I invited their attention that in the previous month delivery was done on the existing address that too after considerable delay the staff assured to carry out delivery on the same day 12/6/2009.
                      Now it has become a daily routine to call the agency staff for refill cylinder and receive the same assurance of delivery every time. At one point of time they made an excuse that the delivery men are new and unable to find my address. With regret and pain I wish to draw the attention of the authorities that till date the refill cylinder has not been delivered and the one in use is about to exhaust any time.
                      I am in fact preparing to bring this matter to the top management of Bharat Petroleum with a copy to the Honorable Minister of Petroleum for the letargic and indifferent customer attitude of the Gas agency.
                      I sincerly hope that this forum will initiate prompt action and I assure you all cooperation in the event of any enquiry against the named agency

                      I had taken Mediclaim Policy from Winners Benefits Trust thru' my Insurance Agent.
                      I under went Cardiac Bypass surgery on January 2009 at Sir K.P. Heart Institute, a pannel Hospital for cashless claim. Estimate of Rs 3, 20, 000 was sent by hospital for prior authorisation well in advance but to our surprise, authorisation was given after 4 days of operation, that too for Rs 81, 000 only.
                      After discharge, I lodged the claim and further Rs 34, 000 were sanctioned but even after continuous follow up, has not received the claim till date.

                        Hi, My name is Pragati Masuraha. I have a serious complain regarding the Bharat Gas Branch situated at Banda, U.P (Address: Aligang, Near to mahila Degree College, banda). Ower is Father and Son. Everytime, When we call to shop number, they will not answer the call, And When we took the connection, They told that I will get transfer letter after 3 months, But its already 1 year now, And we have not received the Transfer letter. Is there someone who can take immediate action on this issue ?
                        Shop owner will speak in good way to ladies, they are delievering Cylinder late night at 11:30PM. When we asked the reason to come so late, They were arguing. I am seriously fed-up with the service of Bharat gas branch. They will cylinder almost after 20 days-30days after cutting the receipt. When we will call to shop, they will not receive the call.

                        Please take action ASAP.

Bharat gas is the one supplying gas in our area. After that whenever i call they are telling, new application can't take for your area. Please help us in these. Please tell us how to get a new connection.

                          My name is Mangat Ram I have applied for a new connection 9/7/07 then after 6 Month I want Dear Sir,
                          to talk the distributor but he is not always stay in office, his manager Raman says please wait more than 6 to 8 month than after 6 month I m talking again the manager but he says the waiting no is lots off so now you can wait more 2-3 month his ans is not satisfied .then I m going to the distributor Mr. Vijay he says my company is change the rules now you can apply again, than14/3/09. I was filled the form again but after 6 month he is not giving me the new connection when I want to talk the distributor the manager and his employs is not talking well, they talk roudly he says you can complaint anywhere my approach is everywhere . I m also talking to the sale officer he says I m busy nopw his ans is not satisfied Then I m taking the head office Bathinda Mr. L.N. his office 2430136. He is not in office for last one month. His employee [protected] says, he is going to chandigarh.

                          So, every one is not getting any responsibility my problem is so big because I have no any connection please gave me a new connection.

                          I had booked for a new LPG connection at Megha Indane Agencies, Kottakkal 2 yrs back. My booking number is 7819 dated 11/02/2008.
                          Kindly let me know the status of new connections and how long I have to wait.
                          We have a Gas connection in my father name and he is no more now. Can we transfer the same to my name or Mother name.

                            Dear Sir

                            I am the holder of petrol bonus card No.[protected] and I have redeemed the petrol miles on dated 01.10.2008 and item code was 8284 and 8105 and for the above said items the petro miles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum and till date only one item has bene recieved and the other is still pending i..e. LG Washing Machine. I made so many request and several complaint to the company on toll free number, but nothing has been done even after passing of NINE months. As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within eight weeks now 36 weeks has already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously .

                            Bharat Petroleum — Not receiving PetroCard after 100 days

                            My Father Vinod Deepchand Mehta with customer ID CU[protected] of BPCL PetroCard have applied for Replacement of lost PetroCard on 20th June 2009. According to tems of service they should provide replaced Card within 21 Days blocking old one.

                            On 27th June Person who Got Lost PetroCard used it (May be from Vardhan Fuel Station employee as Card is lost from them) and till that day company had not blocked Card as a result Person used all balance from card. Company is not completing procedure by telling we have used petrocard.I have at least mate 18 to 20 times to Vardhan Fuel Station for Replace the Card and more than 20 times I have talked with CUSTOMER CARE of BPCL but they say We need detail.

                            On 5th september I made CrossComplent Why my petrocard is Blocked with complent no.2105326 and they got detail and registered new complent for replace card as 2126339 but this procedure also completed 21 days and I haven't Got my PetroCard.

                            Now when I call to CUSTOMER CARE for petrocard as soon as I provide complent number Call is disconnected. So I am sure they don't want to support.

                            I am agree with the person concerned towards the attitude of dealers, they never cooperate . Whenever you go to a pump they will make lots of excuses for any sort of service . The petro card is not credited as and when presented with amount less than Rs. 500/-, whereas there is a clear expression that every refill as small as 100/- shall be given credit of petromiles.

                            I have a commercial vehicle in this used HSD of Rs.1500/= Per Day i.e I purchased Approx value of Rs.39000/= P.M.

                            Options No.1. In this case we are using any banker credit card them refund the 5% cost as a reward and bonus point on the HSD purchase value or fuel service chargeses first time charge and reveres as a ties in the statement, In this case you are not paying the credit cards payment within the time and due dates then “Open your all cloths” because the banker charge for you high rate of interest or late penalty and others charges, Your Bonus & Reward point all disallowed and over all harassment for using the credit card customers.

                            Options No. 2 -We are using the Debit Cards for purchased of HSD, at the time of swipe the card My bank extra cost charged and debited in my a/c automatically of each transactions approx 2.75 % on Rs.1500/= i.e Rs.41.25Ps per transactions that is Extra cost (None Refundable) on purchase the HSD net Impact in the M/O 1072.50P.M. (As a extra cost warden on me after self investment of my funds) it means I pay the interest on my funds on Rs.39000/= @ 2.75% PM 1072.50P.M.” That is Net Loss for me.”

                              I am having a bharat gas connection in PUNE ( MAHARASHTRA ) with a dealer NATRAJ GAS AGENCY in KOTHRUD area my con no is 26530 I had booked refill through ebharatgas on three instances and till date I have not recieved my refill but you all must be wondering that how have I survived BUT the fact is the same delivery man of the retailer ( who says he has no booking of my no ) gives me a cylinder for a extra price when & where ever required. I had complained previously also but in vain so I have resumed to illegal method of obtaining of cylinder.The delivery boy of NATRAJ GAS AGENCY is a great man for his family cos he is one person who must be having a slsry of arond 5000 pm but must be taking incentives of over 10000 pm .

                              I am a consumer from your lpg gas Ravidra Enterprises Lalru mandi near Derabassi.My card No.is 485690. New conecton for lpg cylinder are totly closed from a long time.and now we are facing many problem in getting our lpg refill. Agecy holder behace very rudely.and also blacke marketing is also going on very huge level.if you have to refill your cylinder then you have to stand up in a long row 5 to 6 hour ago to booking counter opening.I am repersenting many of others card holders of my type which are not getting there refill even from booking 5 dayas ago.So Sir please give your king attention in this matter to resolve our problem

                                I am a regular user of Bharat gas and never faced a single problem in delevery of bharat gas cylender from any of your authorised agency.
                                I had changed my connection from Renu gas service Model Town, Panipatto Saluja gas service Panipat ( Haryana) in year 2009 and after that I started facing problem in delevery. Last time I recieved the cylender after ~ 25 days after reminder and this time I have booked my gas on 12.05.09 and till date (12.06.09) I have not recieved the supply despite i am reminding from last week for the supply.
                                Kindly ressolve this problem forever.

                                  I have been using my petro card for the last 8years and to my dismay came across an occasion wherein the BPCL petrol pump outlet (Nikhil Filling Station) at M.G. Road, Bangalore, refused to accept my Petro Card and insisted on my paying cash and after heated exchange of words finally accepted the same reluctantly when I insisted on the complaint book to register my complaint.

                                  There are a few petrol pumps who deliberately says that they do not have stock of normal petrol and fills in Speed.

                                  Will BPCL look into this.

                                    i am coustomer of Bharat gas, our Distributer Sesha Sai Gas Agency, its located at Seetaram Nagar, Guntur of Andhara pradesh, We are faceing lot of probulems from this agency. They are not giviing proper response to all coustomers requests.

                                    here illiterate & old peple is 60% they suffering too much by Sesha Sai services.

                                    the Desktop people bhihaviear & thair Langauge always like very cheep & negligency,

                                    they are giving worst service to the coustomers.

                                      I am consumer of Bharat Gas. My consumer No. is 21165 . My name is Kondaveeti Basavapurnaiah s/o.k.Venkateswrlu .

                                      Your delivery and other services are prompt but When I transfered Sangareddy ( Medak district) to Nandigama (Krishna District) I have facing a lot of problems from sangareddy agency the agency name is Vinay Gas agency Sangareddy.
                                      I submitted all required documents to the agent for the transfer purpose. 28.11.2008 till to day I am not yet received any positive things from the agent. I approched so many times directly and indirectly to the agent. and I endorsed one of my relative to this process . but there is no results from the agent.

                                        in our area mahmudabad dist.valsad gujrat. bharat gass service is not doing home dilivery of gass and booking of gass has no any roole gass dilivery is on his mercy fully dictatorship is created by him. blackmarketing is on peack .pleas do something because i & all publick of area which is joint by this dealer are very puzile .no any rules are adopeted by him of bharat gass from first dilevery to second dilevery take time near about 45 days.

                                        When i call in bharat gass office(Surya nagar) then the person name sonu talls me i will verifiey your
                                        address then u shall get new connection.I have personaly visited that office at lest 3 times and called at least 5 times answer was same.But that person has not verifed my addeass.When i went to that
                                        office for connection sonu told me you will get connection hardly in 15 days.I am a working person my office is very far from bharat gass office.I cann't go there again and again.
                                        My wife is with me.We are faceing lots of problem due to LPG gass.
