Sir, I am Sumit Kumar Singh working at Lucknow branch for Shriram Life Insurance Company Ltd as an office assistant – Operation & support. our office is on the 5th floor, Rattan Square, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow, UP. Since my appointment, I have shifted myself from Barelly to Lucknow for this new assignment at SLIC. I was only one on whom the entire responsiblity of the branch was made in the starting 3-4 months.Due to certain reshuffling of my Area Manager was not available and new Area Manager from Kanpur- Mr. Sameer Sharma and his operation incharge Rahul Asthana reached Lucknow branch from Kanpur. They were fully drunk and downloading that they had taken verbal approval from Mr.Vikas Sharma, who was recently transferred from Jharkhand. The environment was disturbed due to their stinking smell and misbehaviour in the branch. I was abused and directed to bring soda and coke for their further enjoyment which I refused immediately.As I am working for the company, I immediately informed the HR – Dy Manager- Ms Lakshmi on phone at Chennai and Our President Mr. SK Choudhary (SKC) thru mail them about their drunked nature which has affected the branch and the walkin customers and agents. I thought there must be some improvement as I informed to the head of the channel- Mr.SK Choudhury. But I was made the scape goat and transfer orders were issued and I was transferred to East. I was asked to hand over the charge and accounts immediately which I did as per the instructions of my snier mr.Sameer Sharma. He abused me and told me KUTTE ore le mujse pange, kar le complaint…..etc etc. On the same night I took my friends car and drive towards lakhinpur. My transfer was on my mind and was disturbing me and thus was under stress. On the way I met with an accident and the car was severely damaged as it turned 3 times. Thanks GOD I was saved.
I have also sent the email to HR regarding my accident and informing about the medical leave. Since then, I have not received my Salary for the month of January 2010 for which I worked the entire month.
Accordingly, I have also submitted my complaint to Labour Enforcement Officer, Lucknow. I DON’T KNOW WHERE THIS SITUATION WILL LEAD…? But I am clear; all the people who are not disciplined should be punished. This is the reason I am expressing my feeling about the misdeeds of Sameer Sharma and Vikas Sharma.
Ms. Lakshmi V is also fully responsible for pressing the issue in favour of the management.I have noticed earlier at various situations where she has shouwn irresponsible and careless nature which is not good for any organisation.

I appeal for the justice so that people like me joining shriram should not be harrassed and transferred and can live without stress and harassment. Will I get justice or will be thrown out of the organisation or will be pressurised to resign.
plz suggest me...

sir i am viratsinh j vadher.i am f.s.o in your company at jamnarae branch.my employee id is V00699.i have joined the compny at 6th feb 2010.i have loggin 4 policy.but only 1 policy has been submitted in my account.so i dont know that where did the other policys submitted.and when i asked my B.M whose name is ASHISH TANNA. then he mis behaved with me and abbused me.he threttened me that he will hit me.and he told me to not come to the office again.and when he told me that submit 3 policys nd loggin that.and after that we will free look that.and when i dennyied that then he repliyed me that if i will not rosponce him than he will fire me.and he didnt gave me the salary of februrary month.he explained me the lie submitted 3 policy.sti;ll i havent got any benifits from him.he is not supporting me in my call and doesnt give me the proper knowledge of the product.i m really upset about this matter. SO KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER ASAP...

I beg to say your company is in big trouble your all Noida branch is corrupted including your Sr.BM, B.M n RM also. they submitted false check ( I have a proof ) in feb & march months submitted by Sr.BM & BM yours sales support officer is also supporting them they join their own family member as a FSO n they deposit their salary for their own work all the fso never come in the office ever after their training your Vaishali branch sales support officer join the fso n take half month salary their attendance.





If you can find it out then best of luck of this i[censored] cant then mail me i will tell you how can you find them.


i have a request that plz dont disclose this you have a information all these thing .Please do these thing without disclose all the thing other wise if they know these thing that this information leek for the branch they terminate me.

sir i amatul kumar pandey.i am f.s.o in your company at noida branch.i have joined the compny at 6th nov 2009 .i have submitted 1 policy in feb 1 in march but both the policy login in another account & my bm neetu chopra terminate me & she said that i[censored] want to re-join the office again then submit 1 policy more 1 submitted 1 policy amount 12k but she login that policy in any another fso code this is the third time she do the same thing with me & now again she terminate me .she still hold my feb & march month salary & she also taken my Atm card & check book what can i do sir plz tell me because she is not picking my phone & sr. bm is also dnot want to talk with me

SO KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS MATTER ASAP...

shriram life insurence is invest 75000 its over three years but now company is showing my balance 15200 onli how its happen ? when first life insurence manger has pramise to me invest amount will become in three years double but now i was getting onli 15200 onli its truely ford so friends dont invest in life insurence

I totally agree to what he says.It is prevalent in Shriram life insurance company in its channel headed by S.K Chaudhary pan India.There is a lot of difference in what he says and what he delivers.The employees in this company are being treated as bonded labourers.People with fake credentials are occupying high positions in this channel.People are being terminated from this company on fake allegations.God save this company and this channel in particular.
