This company is working under the heading BSH joint venture.
Two different companies under the same group.
On top of technology is of German but the manufacturing is done in Asian countries including China.
Service is worse than the term worse.
Since they have centralized branch, but there is no service center. If you are located in metropolitan city then in warranty period there are no visiting charges, but if you are located outside metropolitan city charges would be applicable even if product is in warranty.
Charges are above 900 just for visiting. Pathetic concept, is technician coming in a cool cab?
Any company which cannot share its service center information viz. service center name, address, contact no. should not be trusted. After purchasing a product each and ever customer has a right to know the above details, and if the details are not furnished, company is not reliable.
To conclude products are good but he service is worse.
