Sify Broadband — Bad service

I am using Sify Broadband internet service since the last 6 months. My service has never being satisfactory. In each month I lose 8-10 days of my service due to problem in cabaling. These problems are not taken care of in time. Also the costumer care here in mumbai a headche the agents there speak so low the i dont hear anything. The dont have enough knowledge about their own services and are of no use
Hope i do get some good service now.
