[Resolved]  Sify Internet Service — Connectivity issue - Jamia Nagar-Okhla

Hi,

I am user of Sify broadband connection and I am facing connectivity issue regularly. I have complained the local service provider - MMC Info Network Pvt Limited, Gaffar Manzil, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi but nothing has happened.

Since last 3-4 months I am able to work ONLY for 5-10 days in a month. MORE THAN 20 DAYS IN A MONTH THERE ARE CONNECTIVITY ISSUE. EVERYTIME THEY ASK FOR MONEY SAYING UR WIRE IS NOT GOOD AND THERE IS CARBON. THIS IS TRUE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL. The connectivity issue is with all the users in this area not just me.

I HAVE PAID 400 RS FOR 25 METERS OF WIRE 2 MONTHS BACK AND IT HARDLY WORKED FOR 10 DAYS. I HAVE RENEWED 3 DAYS AGO (RS 400 FOR 3 GB PLAN) AND IT WORKED ONLY FOR 2 DAYS ONLY. THEY ARE AGAIN SAYING WE NEED APPROX 500 RS FOR CHANGING THE WIRE.

The cell and contact numbers on the bill ([protected],[protected] are switched off most of the time or no one responds. They just SOMEHOW TRY TO GET SOME MORE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS POCKET.

I request sify to get this problem resolved. THESE FRANCHISE ARE DEGRADING SIFY'S NAME IN THE MARKET WHICH PROBABLY SIFY WOULD HAVE TO PAY IN FUTURE.

Request you to look into the problem and get resolved asap. I AM NOW VERY MUCH FRUSTATED AND WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT IF THE ISSUE DOES NOT GET RESOLVED IN NEXT 3-4 DAYS.
