Sify Internet Service — Getting Calls on National Holiday 2 October

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that Sify Internet is calling me on National Holiday for renewal of accounts. Wherein 2 days before also they had called me but I told them that i will myself renew my account as per my requirement But still they people called me up for the same thing & disturbing me.

Apart from this, I had asked sify team to update my number [protected]. Every month they are calling for the same I had asked to call me on my cell insist of the old one. But same again they are calling me on my old number.

Would like request to look into the matter.

same here.. and even if you confirm them to renew your account, your account renewal will be not done. There inbuilt renewal option didn't work due to insufficient balance of local service provider...
SIFY BROADBAND means lots of frustration, time and money wastage, hearing illogical arguments from their representatives.

It is a long list my friend... :)

Sify Internet Service — No net connection

I am user o[censored]nlimited internet connection from sify broadband.
Since past 10 days, the internet is having a lot of problem and it doesnt connect properly. When I called customer care thay just say they are sending an egineer who never turns up.
DO NOT BUY SIFY INTERNET CONNECTION AT ANY COST.
I am going to do a campaign against SIFY please do the same in your area.

Sify internet Services is worst service.Daily when i try to login through my userid ...it either shows a gateway problem message ..so unable to connect or it get connected to 3-4 minutes ..after that i face a slow internet speed problem ..and i can't even open google on that.Daily i have to make a call to the person working in Sify.He fix the problem for another 4-5 min .:(..and after calling 3 times daily and reminding him to solve it permanently..he always make an excuse ..and say that ..i will do it tomorrow..but never fixes my problem .. Though they are very much aware of the problem ...they always delay it for tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes:(( and sometimes even keep their mobile switched off.
