[Resolved] Sigma Courier — Non Delivery of ICICI BANK debit card by SIGMA

SIGMA Couriers are terrible. They have not delivered my card, but claim to have attempted delivery. No delivery note has been left at my house, and I have been at home for the last three days. Therefore they are obviously lying when they say A quick scan of this consumer complaint board reveals several complaint. Why on earth is ICICI continuing to use this courier company?

Sigma Courier — NON DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL

DOCKET NOT DELIVERED SAYING THAT DOOR LOCKED. I HAVE CALLING THE SIGMA COURIER MUMBAI TELEPHINE NO[protected] BUT NO REPLY. CALLED AT LEAST 50 - 60 TIMES ALWAYS IN THE ANSWRING MODEL .

MOST DISTRUSTING.

THEY ARE THE OFFICIAL COURIER FOR ICICI IN MUMBAI.

This is probably the worst courier hired to serve a leading bank! Whoever closed the deal to partner with such cheap and unprofessional courier should be fired from ICICI.
