I also placed an order with them on 6/15/09 and still haven't recieved my items. Their website states they will ship your order 10 days after they receive payment and 10 days to ship from there to the US and it's been that. I emailed them 2 days ago with no response. Have you been able to get a reimbursement?

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I intend to post this information on all sites that i can regarding SILVER COLOR GEMS!!! I ordered from the a substantial order after being reassured by them with regards to my above comments...they took months and months to deliver my goods and just when i had given up hope and thought i must have been conned out of alot of money...they finally delivered, however all of the orders were wrong and there were also damaged goods as well as over $500 plus of jewellery missing which despite numerous emails and phone calls and many opportunities to send the missing items i have heard nothing and recieved nothing!!! This website looks very professional but the service certainly is not and although i liked alot of the jewellery that finally did arrive...the fact that i had over $500 worth missing the mark up on the jewellery i recieved is now next to nothing and i am just hoping to get my money back...not make a profit!! SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

we bough more than $ 700, -- and they always say we will send, we sent, we will send, ...etc. BE CAREFULL. THEY WILL NOT SEND!!! DON`T ORDER FROM SILVERCOLORGEM!!!
@Gerwin, I also ordered over $800AUD -back on the 23rd July - have spoken to them on several occassions now.. they keep saying small problem, but order was sent out on the 4th Sept.. big suprise, I still have not received ANYTHING - If you paid through paypal make sure you lodge a discpute before the 42 days is up, as we waited too long and paypal wouldn't help us... Will now have to try and dispute transaction through the bank... Good luck. If you hear from them I would be interested to hear... Be warned they also go under the name Silver Impex - as you will probably all see from the money they stole from your credit cards!!!
@Anika, we paid with paypal and opened a dispute. After calling 100 times and 20 emails to silvercolorgem we wrote an email to Silver Impex and what a surprise, they answerd. "I am not a money lifter, Sir. You will be very happy with the articles) haa, haa, haa and gave us a trackingnumber.(All happened 15th Sept.) A good joke. We wrote that we will call Jaipur police and send them all his mails and confirmations.
If the items arrive (we don`t think so, or maybe some stones from the street) we will not accept them and so they go back to Jaipur.
This is the only way that paypal gives us the money back (we spoke a long time with our paypal agent about this)
