I ordered approx $800 (AUD) worth of pendants from this company on the 23rd July this year. On the 8th August I received an email to say that our order would be sent on the 10th August. I continuned to send emails in the following weeks but have not received a reply. On the 5th September 2011 we phoned Silver Color Gem AGAIN - this time we were told that our order had been sent on the 2nd Sept and they would send us a tracking number. We...

Sent payment,did not receive order
I placed an order and payed for this order at the beginning of October 2009,regardless of promised deliveries and countless e mails and phone calls to this company,I have still not received my order although I was told the order had been sent in February,they cannot tell me which courier company was used or provide a tracking number.could you please be of some assistance to resolve this matter With Thanks...
