[Resolved]  Singer India — not working

during purchase time the machine supplier told that servicing is done in the company shop . after the first servicing mine machine is having problem which is not cured . it is showing always some problem . never works nicely .as used to work in old singer machine &usa machine . now a days all new products have very few days live and starts giving problems. which is very painfull . there is no shop of singer now in mine city . how to cure mine problem of machine is not understood. please help me the person who use to work in singer servicing center is hiring high fee which is not in mine favour .please do something in this matter.soon.

While selling off their products the agents of SInger India promise lot of services, while the truth is that once the product is sold off they hardly pay any attention to the complaints. Mr Mayank Saxena, the Area Manager was too rude when speaking over telephone while detailing about a persisting complaint with their sewing machine. I request every customer not to purchase any Singer product, as they might have to suffer for the after sales service. This is the reason why Singer India has lost its market in this competitive market of consumer products.

even i have bought a singer sewing machine and inspite of so many request they are not providing demo service this is the pooerst service i have ever seen.

when i purchased singer model 8280 they told that they will give demo at my home. but after that they forgot everything . i am staying at Bangalore mekeri circle area. mr murthy look after this area. now he is telling come our showroom with your machine.this is the poorest service i have ever seen.

My sewing machine having some problem not working properly, and when i go for servicing there is no service center in my city (Rourkela, Odisha). Plz do something to this matter. It's not fare for any consumer. Plz help...as promised at the time of sale.
