[Resolved]  Skoda India — Faulty car!!!

I HAVE WRITTEN SERIES OF COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY NO ACTION TAKEN!!!


I am dealing with the pathetic car of SKODA FABIA company for the past ONE YEAR. The service centers in delhi are just no good. I had written a series of complaint and spoken to service center manager of sai automobile MR JITENDRA, My car in the past 5 months has visited this service center several times for tracing out the fault with its A/C and the service center of sai automobile tells me its the lekage of the gas and then they tell me the pressure of the gas is too less and so called they FIXED the A/C defect.

Winters there is'nt any problem with the car as AC is not in use, this summer again the car AC starts blowing warm and hot air though the temperature has been set to 16 degree, I again send this car to a different service center "Continenetal Auto Service" on 20/05/09 .
The service advisor Mr Satish tells me there is a problem with the compressor the compressor is faulty and it takes 5-10 days to get it ordered from the company, my car comes back and few days later I speak to the manager of the company Mr Mohan, who convinces me about the compressor is just fine could be some other problem and asks me to drop the car to the showroom for 5 days with an assurance to do the best. My car again visits the showroom on 20/06/09 and till now there is no revert the manager or any other staff of the company till date.

I m forced to take an legal action against the company, as the car is started giving me problems within 5 months of purchase and I have to face harassment with the service center dealers (sai automobile and continental auto service)

I would like to return this car to the company and give my money back!!!

I also sent many complaints to SKODA company but action so far.
within 2 months car started of giving problem.
The service is very bad in hyderabad and they are saying it will cost ~Rs 1, 35, 000. They have given defective piece and charging again within small duration.
I am also going to take Legal action against SKODA as there is no proper action thought I kept the car 3 months back.
My car is with the dealers for past 10 days and their is no revert from their end. I have written to the company for the same and they dont revert or call back. Only after 3-4 days they drop a concern mail but nothing is happening!!!
They have sold me a bad car which ahd problem from the begining and now they want me to live with it and they do not want to fix it also

Writting in this forum does not make any difference to them as judiciary does'nt seem to be their concern..

I Sachin Lodha is owner of Skoda Laura (L&K), I have problem of AC of my car all ready complaint of same is registered 31A101609. i had sent my car on 21/1/2009 for servicing at asset auto (i) pvt ltd. as there was problem in AC. After through inspection it was told by service advisor that condenser of AC need replacement. I took estimate of 19544/- same and then gave confirmation on same day for condenser replacement. He demanded some advance for procuring material I paid total amount in advance.

They replaced my condenser on 22/01/2009 and said that work is done ok. But from very next day i found that AC cooling is not proper. As i was out of town from 24th to 26th when i returned i visited service station where on again checking they said "AS PER WORKSHOP DIAGNOSING AC COMPRESSOR FOUND INTERNALLY DEFFECTIVE & NEED TO REPLACEMENT". They again gave me quotation of 50160/-.

i don't understand that was there problem in condenser or is there real problem in compressor. or problem is something different.

Sorry to say these people are making business of this. Ultimately we are sufferer creating bad impression about SKODA.
i have send till date 30 mails to company HR thakkre and she has replied for only 3 times that too wrong
most unreailable company.
PLEASE LOOK IN MATTER AT EARLIEST & SERIOUSLY.

I, Anupal Singh r/o house no 209 sector 9-C Chandigarh (India)

had purchased a Laura Candy White in my wife’s name (Harsimranjit Kaur ) with Vin No TMBBEE1Z39A150373 on[protected] from your dealership Krishna Auto Sales at Chandigarh. The car has been driven for only 4272 Kms & mostly to the workshop for the perpetual problem of emission of white smoke on starting the car, with foul smell as well as no pickup and low average.



I apprised M/s Krishna Auto Sales Chandigarh, on 08/08/09 about the said problems, who agreed to look into the problem and assured that the problem would be rectified.



I must compliment the staff at Krishna Auto Sales Chandigarh for going out of their way to redress my problem. They have been very courteous “but I am Sorry to say that people at Head Office at Aurangabad are not at all interested in rectifying the problem, rather their attitude is callous and high handed .”



The hit and trial method adopted from day one leads me to believe that you yourselves are not sure what and how to arrive at the final diagnosis, short of changing and replacing the parts and then eventually sending software to clear the defect “have done nothing.”



Sir not only have I suffered mental harassment and huge financial losses, but have also been told in no uncertain terms by Mr. S.K Aggarwal that the defective car sold to me by your ESTEEMED COMPANY will not be replaced rather it may take 2 Year for it to be repaired and the losses incurred by buyers like me are of no consequences to the company. Further when I requested him to furnish me with the details of the MD Telephone No., Email Address, He categorically told me that as he was the sole in charge …………HIS WORD STANDS FINAL.





So where do I go from here ?????????????

Complety agree. another skoda fabia bought 6 months ago has gone to garage for 7 times staying there for more than 2 weeks each time!!! SO actually it has spent more time in garage than with the owner of the car!!

But the point is how can we reach the CEO of the company. What's his contact number?? e-mail id?? Can anyone help?
