A courier was despatched to me from Delhi to Chennai on the morning of 18 May 09. The Bill No is[protected]. The skypak.com online system indicated that the parcel (consisting of three books) was received at Chennai on 18 May 09 at 2230 h. The parcel remained UNDELIVERED till 1830 h on 20 May 09. There was no telephonic message to me nor any response on email to my email query to skypak at Chennai. I finally had to drive over 20 kms one way just to collect it from the courier godown. What irks me is that the staff at the courier had no courtesy whatsoever nor were they even remotely apologetic about the delay in delivery at my residence or their reluctance to even communicate to me telephonically. It goes without saying that I needed the books urgently and this was a classic case of deficiency in service of even reputed courier companies like skypak which seems to be taking the common man for granted. Skypak Courier — terrible service
HI,Today i received a call from the Skypak courier in cochin, after validating my identity, they asked me to collect a courier from there office. when i gave them my office address which is very much within the city limits, they said very rudely that its not possible ...and that i will have to come and collect it.This is a icici document .such packets we do not deliver.
I am facing such a terrible and unproffesional service from a courier company for the first time, If they cannot come to our Door step...what is the point??...
