The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

NON DELIVERY OF COURIER
A courier was despatched to me from Delhi to Chennai on the morning of 18 May 09. The Bill No is[protected]. The skypak.com online system indicated that the parcel (consisting of three books) was received at Chennai on 18 May 09 at 2230 h. The parcel remained UNDELIVERED till 1830 h on 20 May 09. There was no telephonic message to me nor any response on email to my email query to skypak at Chennai. I finally had to drive over 20 kms one way...

Consignment no 426194708- Non delivery even after 18 days
I had sent a letter by courier to the following addressee which was picked up from me from my office at State Bank of India, Inspection & Management Audit Dept, Nireekshan Bhavan, Lingampally, Hyderabad 500019 on 02.03.2009, but has not yet been delivered, even after 17 days.
