I have booked flat and paid full payment as instalments from the year 2008to 2011.
I am trying for registration and whom do i contact. I am residing there from the year 2011. I have taken loan against the same property from lichfl. Loan amount directly transferred to builder account. Now i have cleared loan amount. I have tried for registration from 2011 to till date. Please suggest legal procedures for registration

    I am the owner of sls signature. Before leaving the society they make sure the society gets divided on regional basis. They even pay huge money to bunch of some fools. Those fools will create all the non sense and huge ruckus in society. Builder doesn't want society to get registered under 1972. Under 1972, legally owners can challenge builder in case of something not completed or found use of sub standard quality construction. To avoid this, builder has paid some money to few owners so as to divide the society and builder can avoid 1972 registration.

      I would like to bring to your kind notice harassment through which I am going through due to sls developers 1. In 2008, I booked an apartment with M/s sls developers Pvt. Ltd., and till now have made payment of Rs. 29,84,828/- without any delay in installment. 2. In 2009, I was allotted Flat No. 202, in Tower Peach Palm A, 2nd floor in Palm Greens project in Sector MU,having reference no. OBPL/COMM/MU/GN/584 3. I have been paying sls developers regularly, without delay even during recession and have paid approx 30 L till noe. 4. Even after 4 years, I am surprised to see that still not even structure of towers are ready. It has been 4 years since that flat was booked and till date, the company has not been able to erect even the structure of apartments. 5. At the time of booking of this project and in Builder Buyer Agreement, the project size mentioned is 50 Acre. But sls developers reduced the size of plot drastically by more than 5

        This developer is not worth the trust , the money and not even worth to talk to. A cheapest kind of a person who goes back from his words every now and then. His projects SLS Splendor was a role model apartment with which people felt prey and fell for SLS sunflower, and they are now cursing the time in which they had done this deal, The SLS Splendor is no where a luxury project but is only a wrath of experiments which had been corrected by the residents by pushing and a lots of follow up with the builder.
        Believe me if the residents would not have pestered the builder, this gunda madar chod good for nothing Shekhar Reddy, Venkat Reddy, Narsimha Reddy, Sashidhar Reddy and one guru Ramesh P would have washed their hands and went on. My house on 3rd floor was leaking like anything and they were not able to rectify it for 1 year. One fine day i blasted with the help of fellow residents and then only the things were fixed.
        I would say plz plz plz do not buy this person's new projects SLS Springs, Square and else you would repent and curse the time when you bought from him. Please help in making this builder out of business with not buying from him so that he learns the lesson that you should have customer apathy and customer is not a fool who gives his whole life savings to you and gets a slum house to live in with he taking the money and visiting the whole world like europe etc. This guy does not even know english and has visited 10 countries in europe and america all because of our money. We are fools who fell prey to this.
        Guys please again if you want to invest money do not buy from these SLS developers. They would loot you. This is my humble request to you and a friendly advise.

          SLS Developers NEVER completes his work. SLS Sliver Oak project started in 2008 but still lot of work is pending. He taken money for BWSSB and STP (around 75000/-) but not deposited money to BWSSB. Taken lot of money for amenities but lot of things not given like GYM, Rainwater harvesting is not ready. And Quality of material and finishing are of worst quality.
          Indivual Flat work is also of low quality. Within 1 year cracks started coming. And Wall platering are not proper and Paint also not proper.. Still small small works are pending. AND Builder Runway from Project after taking 100% amount.

            SLS Developers is a pathetic Builder, He has constructed SLS Sunflower @ Bhoganahalli Village Behind Cisco Systems, I must say that this Builder is not reliable for the Following reasons.
            1.This Builder is not having any corporate Office in Bangalore,He will make a Construction site as a make shift Office & all the formalities are completed @ Site only.
            2. Quality of Material used in Constrution is pathetic, Doors are bend,Cracks in the wall,Sub standard Work, Unprofessional Workers, & Not handing over Flats on time, SLS Sunflower delivery date was June 2011+ 3 Months extendable , By Spetember Builder should have completed SLS Sunflower complete construction, We are in May , still the builder has not completed the project.
            3.Owner Shekar Reddy never interacts with Flat owners & avoids meeting & calls, i request Flat owners or whoever has made their minds to invest in SLS Developers , be carefull & dont burn your fingers by investing in this 3rd calss Builder Projects, He has started new projects in Bangalore with Names SLS Spencer,SLS Square , www.slsgroupline.com, www.slsdevelopers.com.
            4.There are some bunch of Guys who talk on behalf of him ,Prabhakar/Ravi/ Ram Mohan Reddy/Ramesh , These guys are totally irresponsible & tell only blatant lies on everything,
            5.overall We residents of SLS Sunflower suggest fellow friends not to invest in SLS Developers property anywhere in Bangalore & burn their hands.
            Pls don't invest your life savings in this pathetic builder known by name SLS Developers/SLSgroupline.

              Hello everybody ..

              Below is my feedback about SLS Developers scheme SLS Sunflower at boganhalli village, varthur hobli, Bangalore 560103.
              IF anybody has any doubts regarding the feedback .. please visit the building site and watch for themselves the plight of residents here.

              I am owner of an appartment in SLS Sunflower.
              Initially I was very glad to see the progress of the building till Jan 2011 and was hope full that the builder will keep his promise of delivering the Block -A in July 2011. But soon the reality struck and we all found that once the builder took 90% disbursement from almost every one ( based on the progress shown till Jan 2011) the pace of work drastically dropped. Till April 2011 the their was hardly any progress !!! ... later when we kept asking the engineer Mr Prabhakar, marketing Mr Ramesh .. they kept telling different .. different dates each time. till finally i Dec 2011 some people started getting possession of their flats.

              But the possesion were with very basic flats. There were no lifts, no car parks, no driveways, no maintenance,, no filter water, no proper secutiry .. forget about any other amenities. Will continue feedback in next POST

              we took the possession of our flat some time in Feb 2012 only to face lots of problems.

              The quality of finishing is worst.
              - At some places the quality if the material used is ok but the team putting the material to use like the plumbers, electricians etc have done very bad Job.
              - At other places the material use is very Cheap viz Doors, windows etc .. The doors are of such a bad quality that many had to be replaced within 1 month of the usage.
              - The plumbing gets clogged ever 2 weeks and requires manual cleaning.
              - The water slopes in bathrooms/utilities are not proper which leads to water logging and subsequently water seepage in the apartment below.
              - The overhead sewage pipes in the basement keep leaking and the repairs happen which are only temporary
              - The maintenance is non-existing ..There is not single electrician, plumber or responsible contact person available even in day time .. forget about round the clock
              - The lift which were installed after long wait keep breaking
              - The power backup is not available round the clock.

              As yet our problems persist and have not been addressed properly. Now the attitude of builder has also become arrogant and rude. Their is no commitment from his side in completing the works. He is also not ready to share any plan/information with residents. He is just focusing on newer and newer schemes like SLS Spencers, SLS Springs and SLS SQUARE.

              What is surprising is that even after extended delay in completion of work .. there is no sensitivity/urgency shown by the builder. Instead he had become more arrogant and rude. Marketing people are not available for any comment !!!
              Their is either no work happening or is happening at very very slow pace ...

              As of today April 2012 the below issues are still to be addressed by the builder ( which were to be completed by Dec 2011)...

              1) No Driveway and parking allotment
              2) No regular maintenance ... no proper contact point available for complaints, people have to run from one place to other to get resolution over small issue like plumbing.
              3) inconsistent power backup
              4) The water from treatment plant is not re used. instead it is thrown away in neighboring plots causing stagnant water and issues like mosquitoes. It also raises questions about the quality of the treatment plant.
              5) Other amenities are still no-where in picture.

              From discussions with builder it is apparent that he is not giving separate gym and community hall as promised in the brochure and as was informed by marketing persons like Mr Ramesh and Mr Kishore. Instead the are converting the existing model/flat office into gym and community hall. That will also lead to less parking space available in basement and that we will have to bear with reduced parking space if and when it is allotted ..

              SO ALL and ALL I will say that the experience with SLS Builders, SLS Developers, SLS Group ( http://www.slsgrouponline.com, http://www.slsdevelopers.com ) is NOT GOOD and that they do NOT keep thier PROMISES and behave RUDE and ARROGANT once 90-100 % payment is made by the buyer !!!

              IF any body has any doubt regarding this feedback .. please visit SLS Sunflower and experience it !!!
              I completely agree with whatever it's been mentioned in the post. The quality of work is pathetic. I was not expecting this from SLS Builders. It's really frustrating. After seeing such reviews, I hope the builder will understand our pain that we are going through, and there will be a quick turnaround.
              I Completely agree with the aforesaid words, Investing in SLS Developers in like investing in Ponzi Scheme, Below mentioned is the list of problems faced in SLS SunFlower, We should go to Court & Sue this Builder for not adhering to the commitments given by him.

              1. Finalization of parking allotment-area as per BBMP’s approved plan / plan of Assn..

              2. Buffer area for safeaccess to lift and stairs.

              3. Amenities, CPA and Gym size &Equipment (with the nos.)

              4. Fancy light in the corridors

              5. Increasing the height of Generatorchimney to avoid black smoke coming in Apts

              6. OTS covers is coming out

              7. Putting the water filters inoverheard tank to avoid mud coming through drinking water

              8. Intercom – to be operationalisedby 25th. June 2012

              9. Rainwater harvesting

              10. Borewell - Sixth bore well atdepth of 1500 Feet or more as feasible

              11. RO Water

              12. Children's play area - where, area, items etc?

              13. Clubhouse & Indoor Games -where, area, items etc?

              14.Shuttle court

              15. Visitor Car Parking - where?

              16. Team of Plumber, Carpenter, Electrician under the supervision of engineer to give final qualitycertification of each flat and common area

              17. Generator indicator on each floor

              18. STP water connection for flush
              I agree with this complaint and would like to add that the scene in block B of SLS Sunflower is turning out to be the same. The work is going at a very slow pace now. The builder is trying to patch up from the exteriors it seems with the very few laborers that are remaining as most of the workers have been moved to the newer projects like SLS Sunrise to lure the new customers with false promises (as confirmed by one of the site worker). There is still lot of work pending within the flats itself but he is continuing to delay that work now that he knows he has taken full amount from the flat owners. It seems all of the trained workers have been sent to the new project by MD and only a handful of lesser experienced workers have been left at SLS Sunflower who if at all do any work is of poorer quality. I came to know from some of these workers that they have not being paid timely further killing their motivation to complete the work. The fittings of the floor tiling are left incomplete at many places and broken tiles are not being replaced yet. The problems with bent door frames, tiles, beams and plaster are being ignored by saying that it’s all right. There is problem with concealed electrical wiring and the same is being fixed at a slow pace by cutting the plasters already done and relaying of pipes. Especially Prabhakar has turned very rude and is not handling any complaints properly. Ramesh anyway is an old time rude fellow. They are very inflexible in accommodating the customer’s request. Now that all the money is paid, they are trying to take advantage of the customer’s situation and delaying things. These delays from the builder are delaying wood work and other finishing work in the flat and affecting flat owner’s plans to move in, not to mention the additional rental cost. I would like to warn the prospective buyers of SLS project to be careful and be ready to face this reality soon after they have paid all the money. If the builder does not correct it's attitude towards his old customers immediately it's going to show up in the performance in his newer projects.
              It's horrible to see all these complaints, as one my friend told me that he is getting very bad feedback s about the SLS developers, after that I checked this site, as I booked flat in to the SLS springs, so i was littler concerned.
              I feel that common man should have something to punish these developers, but we fear i.e. why i think we keep posting in vain, but we should come out in public and start doing negative marketing.

              You can even hire on rent marketing agencies like news papers, news, sting operator, to spread as much as awareness we can spread, so that others buying should be cautious.

              Because i see too many deception in to these field i think we need to do something.

                Hi All,

                I am a owner of one of the SLS Apartments, and i want to alert everybody who is planning or who will in the near future think of taking
                flat in the SLS developers apartment for the below reasons,
                1> Without any plan of Electrical connection, waterlogging issue, waterproofing plan they construct the house.
                2> They don't even plan the amenties location beforehand, whatever is given in brochure is temporary plan.
                3> They dont complete the things before handing over the building to society, like issues with LIft, waterlooging happening when it rains,
                everything is temporary solution.
                4> Building construction is not fully done, the pillars on the terrace are left like that only, which wevere shown in the brochure to gi some look to the building.
                5> They don't know how to maintain the building even though its only for the period till the construction of other block is done
                6> The people they have employed are the worst, more than the people employed the MD of SLS developers is the WORST GUY,
                even after complaining to him so much about everything, he is not doing anything. On top of that he starting many new projects.
                Sls springs, sls square etc..

                The list goes on .............

                Please don't buy any flats from SLS Developers, i[censored] want peace of mind. And maybe this will help punish one bad guy.

                Only good thing about SLS developrs is initially they won't pressurise u for money i[censored] have taken loan but What is the use of this coz anyway we have to give money and they know bank will disburse them full money.

                I am also one of the disappointed customers of SLS builders.

                What ever has been posted here is very very true.. The Builder never turns up to any kind of post delivery complaints .
                1. The amenities and other facilities and other specifications look very promising on the brouchure. but they never come up for real.
                2.they have the worst planning and worst risk management process or ideas.
                3. The quality of the materials used look good but are of 2nd or 3rd rate quality that gets worn out very soon and thus causing heavy maintenance charges. Absolute low quality and the builder has no answer for this.. they do not accept that the quality is bad.
                4.The representatives appointeb by the builder do not even listen to the concerns from the customers.
                5. None of the amenities promised would be delivered . If at all they come up they would be of low quality and would always have opertional defects.
                6. The most untrustable builder . though he seems to be not so keen on money, what ever money we invest would turn a waste with the kind of quality with which the flat is delivered. Follow ups are a mere waste of time as they do not lead to anything and the builder takes his own decisions abruptly on certain areas and expects the buyers to abide by it.

                I would never recommend any one to buy a property from this builder.
                After all the outbursts and protests, the cries have reached the ears of MD of SLS developers and he had personally come down to check the pending issues of the project and has geared up all the pending works and have taken up the suggestions of the clients and getting it done as soon as possible.

                I would really appreciate this move as he has spoken to the customers with all patience and have agreed upon the shortfalls and have taken steps to correct the same.It's a very appreciable move from the builder as opposed to some builders who refuse to accept their mistakes or try to blame back the customer for delays and shortfalls.

                The maintenance and cleaning work and the repair works have started in full swing and all major problems from the individual flats have been sorted out.I believe that all the pending work and cleaning stuff required would be done soon with active measures being taken and the MD being directly involved in it.

                I welcome and appreciate the corrective measures taken by SLS developers on this regard, for one who is ready to accept his mistakes and correct them needs to be appreciated too.
                i will not agree about the complaint whatever written is false... i have bought a flat in sls splendor and staying since one year . till date i have not face any major issues .

                I very much agree to the complinant here .. I am owner of an appartment in SLS Sunflower and very dissappointed about the quality of the Work. We were promised possetion in july 2011 with Grace period of 3 months .. But we were given possession only by Dec 2011.. Alo with very basic commpletion status .. No Lifts .. No car park .. no filtere water .. no power backup !!!
                Even today i;e April 2012 .. the work is not done .. no car parks .. no drive ways .. no filter water .. backup is intermitant ... no proper maintenance !!!
                And not the attitude of builder has become very arrogant !!! not redy to listen to any of our issue and just doing things as he likes and when he likes !!!
                I very much believe that the positive feed back written above is by the Builder people .. PERSONALLY VISIT ANY of SLS existing Sites "SLS SUNFLOWER" or SLS SPLENDOR . to GET the first hand information and the status of the works ...

                now he has even come up with new website .. dont know if it is a trik to divert attention of new prospective buyers from existing workt schemes !!!
                Yes, above feedback from a customer is correct. Even i have bought a SLS Sarovar apartment in Thindlu. Builder Shekar Reddy & his nephew(Anil Reddy) have vanished without giving us Occupancy certificate/Khata transfer to occupants. Even now after all houses are sold & registered, the apartment is in his name.
                As per BBMP law, all apartments should have occupancy certificate, else the apartment is illegal & can be demolished by BBMP authorities for any deviation from approved plan & other reasons.
                I request all the future apartment owners of SLS to desist from buying property from SLS developers anywhere in Bangalore. Marketing group(Led by Ben John) of SLS is too gud & they will attract you with nice packages. I am repenting for buying SLS apartment

                  SLS developer is a bunch of Reddy guys who have come up to this level on the basis of doing small small projects with cheating and saving money for the next by sub standard construction , poor quality material, poor workmanship, and all poor things that one can think of. They have constructed SLS serenity with all possible benefits of their own. The next one SLS Splendor is the right example of how builder has benefitted by constructing it. He sold all flats with 1.25L per flat of amenities (cunningly not writing anything in sales deed so that no one can approach legally) for jogging track, swimming pool, gym, club house, children's play area which comes out to be a whopping 2.75 crore. The amount being so hugh, swimming pool of size 40x40 was promised but now it has come to be a smaller one, which would defiantly not come out more than 10-20L, and i would say for all amenities he would not be spending more than 50L, out of which the 2.25 crore he has pocketed for himself. See how much he is looting. On top of it, the flat construction quality is so poor that after the construction out of 120 flats 100 flats have major seepage problem and rest 20 would have the next year. To get the rebate from BBMP they have constructed a 3x3 feet of rain water harvesting for a 2 acre plot, and have erected solar water heating systems which are only dummy. In all dealing with this builder would be as if axing your own leg. Please do not ever deal with this developer. Later when people started writing blogs these guys took a U turn from providing Occupancy Certificate which till 3 months back they said is 99% finalized. They do not have any proper expertise in building construction, get all works cheap as if experimenting from laying foundations till completion of work. The MD himself is a big cheat. He used to come in a Maruti 800 and now is riding a Toyota Land Cruzer, so you can see now to what extent he has cheated people. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CHEATER Builder. He has started SLS Springs and i would strongly urge my fellow friends to not to fell prey for this developer. The MD Shekhar reddy and all his gang are not at all credible. All of them are hooligan reddys and they are a bunch of rowdies too. So again beware of these rowdies and gundas as there might be a threat to your life too if you try to get your rights sorted out with these guys.
                  I would request people to visit SLS Splendor before buying any flat from this developer and see what kind of multi lakh SLUM this guys has made.

                  I very much agree.Beaware of this Cheater Builder.
                  Whatever the compliant says is not totally true and some statements are false claims. I have bought a house as well in SLS Splendor and till date i havent faced major issues. There are some issues like delay in some activities, but that happens with almost all builders. There are many positives with the builders and i have personally felt that they are flexible and did decsent job in construction. They can improve on keeping the timelines and responsiveness anyway.

                  I am re-iterating that the above compliant contains abusive language and some false claims. The person might have got frustrated with some personal incidents and wrote out of anger. Have a look at the bulidings and you might not feel the way the complainer expressed his issues.
                  I live in SLS Splendor and I'm one of the volunteers who works for the betterment of society and I can not agree to all the points mentioned in this original complaint.Although there were few number of seepage issues reported, the builder was trying to fix but was not able to succeed due to the reason that he was not able to identify the problem source. Also the builder was not able to effectively manage the campus just after completion.

                  The promised amenities are not built mainly because of the reason that builder is working on OC and most o[censored]s agreed to wait for the same. I have seen the copy of Partial OC done for A block and MD is confident that he will get the complete OC for the premises.

                  From the beginning, the builder has agreed to build 50*20 pool and not 40*40. This is a false claim. Ramesh transparently told everyone while booking the apartment as what is being provided as part of the project. He was flexible enough in providing many of the accessories and heard the voice of the residents.
                  The problems are settling down slowly, and the builder's approach towards residents was never rude. The builder and the SLS employees never behaved like rowdies to the owners.

                  I'm not writing this comment to influence the decision of buying the property from SLS builders, but wanted to clarify the facts. Especially, the mention of Builder as rowdy is not at all true and can not be agreed at all.
                  Believe me the MD Shekar reddy was @ SLS Splendor today discussing all about the project for more than 3 hours and assured that he will make sure all the problems are solved. I also spoke to the flats where minor seepage issues were reported and it was solved to the satisfaction of flat owners. I think this complaint is written by one who got irritated by the slow response by the builder in attending issues. I have the opinion that this will be there with all builders and not special with SLS.

                  I would totally agree with the comments of genuinereview. The MD Mr Shekhar Reddy is a very genuine person with good intentions of building and emerging a quality builder in Bangalore. He is a person who does what he says and he is in no way a goonda or hooligan. The allegations are totally baseless and he is a very good person. Coming to the problems that are written in this blog, those are not all true. Yes there are around 10-15 flats which have seepage issues but which the builder is very keen to fix and have fixed almost all but a few.Believe me this builder is quite good compared to other builders who do not even entertain customers for customizations and listens to the customers' problem.

                  I would say that this is a genuine builder and going with him is not a bad decision to make. Please go ahead and book your flats in SLS Springs and SLS Square.

                  If he maintains the same kind of credibility and gives his customers the same confidence i would say that he would prosper and be in the leading builders league and be a part of CREDAI too.

                  From my experience the SLS builder is doing good towards the SLS splendor community. The blog written by person got irritated seems. It is a civil construction work one must understand the work flow and how to get the work done. I would say most of the maintenance/repair work in my home and surrounding is carried out by SLS management. why the blog person not going in hierarchy of follow up till to reach MD? Looks like the person finding difficulty. why he is giving up? if you see problem all the builder will have.

                  Shekhar Reddy is a very nice person and he has utmost care for cutsomer quality. Though there were different problems but they are mostly settled and these are quite lesser if you compare any other builder.

                  Agree, the workmanship from previous constructions are missing.Builder took care of SLS Sunflower project pretty well and let down Splendor.
                  The above posting seems to have been written with a very biased mindset without understanding any fact, with sole intention of venting out fraustration out of some minor issue. The SLS builder and it's team are no way rowdies. They might be slow at times in response(which i think will be true for all builders, considering the labour shortages all around), but never misbehave anybody. They would have delayed in fixing some issue at times, or missing delivery date by a month, but are no way cheaters.
                  I myself had seepage issue at my flat, and it took really long time for the SLS folks to investigate, fix the source of water seepage one by one and finally the seepage is no more. I did get worried at times, but I won't call somebody rowdy, unless I've lost my mind.
                  The MD and his team believe in delivering things, rather than making any false promise. SLS builder is a very genunie builder, who have done many things like providing OC, installing better brand equipments than originally planned on insistence of buyers group. Like my above fellow SLS splendor residents I'm too a happy owner of SLS Flat 103.

                  I have taken a flat in SLS Sunflower, lot of people have moved in as well but havnt heard any serious complaints. SLS Sunflower team (Site engineer, and the support staff) is good, they listen to people and do their best to accomodate customer request. No one is perfect and i am sure someone would ahve suffered as well BUT overall they good people and doing good job.

                  I am the owner of SLS sunfkower A block. There are lot of problems, Water slippage, water scarcity, tiles are not good. if you kick once door and window will brake which ramesh promised for provide the teak wood.Swimming pool is not completed and as well as Prabhar rude person who never do the work systematically. Recently the security wall broke and they completed now..You have not met Prabhar, you will know how badly completing the work.
                  I cannot comment on quality of the construction and issues there after as I didnt buy property from SLS. My current feed back is based on month long interaction I had with them regarding new Villa project SLS Spencer. I have been talking to Mohan and Anil from SLS regarding this project. They have been very courteous and helpfull through out.

                  Even though I had read bad reviews, I felt good about project and people based on my interactions and booked a villa by paying intial depost, and week later I decided to back off due to financial issues at my end. I wasnt sure if builder would refund my money and wasnt sure how cancelation process would go. Even during cancelation they have been very couteous and refunded my deposit without any question.They offered to me help in any way they can in my future search of residence.

                  So feedback from some about Builder being rowdy hard to believe. My experience with them has been very good.
                  SLS Developers is a pathetic Builder, He has constructed SLS Sunflower @ Bhoganahalli Village Behind Cisco Systems, I must say that this Builder is not reliable for the Following reasons.
                  1.This Builder is not having any corporate Office in Bangalore, He will make a Construction site as a make shift Office & all the formalities are completed @ Site only.
                  2. Quality of Material used in Constrution is pathetic, Doors are bend, Cracks in the wall, Sub standard Work, Unprofessional Workers, & Not handing over Flats on time, SLS Sunflower delivery date was June 2011+ 3 Months extendable, By Spetember Builder should have completed SLS Sunflower complete construction, We are in May, still the builder has not completed the project.
                  3.Owner Shekar Reddy never interacts with Flat owners & avoids meeting & calls, i request Flat owners or whoever has made their minds to invest in SLS Developers, be carefull & dont burn your fingers by investing in this 3rd calss Builder Projects, He has started new projects in Bangalore with Names SLS Spencer, SLS Square, www.slsgroupline.com, www.slsdevelopers.com.
                  4.There are some bunch of Guys who talk on behalf of him, Prabhakar/Ravi/ Ram Mohan Reddy/Ramesh, These guys are totally irresponsible & tell only blatant lies on everything,
                  5.overall We residents of SLS Sunflower suggest fellow friends not to invest in SLS Developers property anywhere in Bangalore & burn their hands.
                  Pls don't invest your life savings in this pathetic builder known by name SLS Developers/SLSgroupline.
                  I am a resident of SLS Sunflower, I find them no better than bunch cheaters, no better than DS_Max in Bangalore, forget about providing good quality materials, they didn't even agreed to give the parking as per the dimension mentioned in the plan, and started arguing without knowledge, that they have a plan to follow for marking the parking areas, length of parking area is capable to fit a maximum of a Maruti 800 sized car. If you talk about the so called GYM, which is so far a dream to get, the the gust bedroom in the half demolished model flat is being called a GYM, with nothing more than a table inside, and I don't know which is going to be the hypothetical club house.

                  When all residents including myself complained about these irregularities, they sent a very unruly person named sashi, who has taken himself very seriously (which he is not), to fight with residents. Mr MD of SLS Developers, has time talk on mobile phone on a pan shop but has no time meet the resident.

                  Bunch of more pathetic cheaters in Bangalore, please rethink in buying flats or villas, at the end of the day, it's your life time savings that you are going to spend.

                  I am totally agree with all the above cases. SLS builders just simply cheating people with their hard-earned money. I have bought a flat in SLS sarovar. Now after completion of their major work in SLS Sarovar, when residents are asking for completion certificate from BBMP, they are trying to escape and rejecting resident's demand which is very much legal.

                  They don't have enough coursey also to meet all the residents in a meeting. It's owner Mr. Shekhar Reddy is least bothered abbout resudent's demand. Ther are trying to close the site and run away without providing occupancy certificate.

                  Don't buy or encourage others to buy any property of SLS developers. These people are cheaters and quality of construction is horrible. Doors and windows are of poor quality. Upto the time of registration, they will talk very gently and after that they will show their original colour.

                  Now wea re thinking for a legal step towards this builder along with the help of communication media like newspapers if they won't provide occupancy certificate. Then these people will understand ther power pf people. Their all future projects will be put on held.

                  My earnest request to all of you, don't ever buy any flat of SLS Developers.

                  Today i visited SLS springs with my plan to buy 2 BHK flat but the sales representative is so rude that he does not entertain your genuine questions. Its a typical problem of small builders in Bangalore. He dint even care to show me the amenities & just talked verbally about them.
                  I am an unlucky house owner from SLS sunflower…the builder is a crap reddy…..
                  he took some locals from here and there and did a crap construction….
                  he then left the premises without completing the construction and not doing the handover to association
                  Now SLS sunfloweris a big piece of crap with overflowing STP plant and apartments with full cracks and leaks…..
                  I tell you…this builder is a jerk…already fresh cases are created against the builder for cheating…
                  Think that a prime location and sls makes a construction there….the entire value of that area will come down…..

                  Yes . I agree with the above review. SLS developers are the worst developers i have never seen .Paying lacs of rupees and staying in a leaking and repaired apartments is not a wise decision.

                  Please visit all their completed projects, they have problems, In most of the flats have sewage problems. You will find the roof leakage below one year, think about possibility of getting them after 5 or 10years. You will be repaying the loan for 10 to 15 years and for repairs.
                  MD will not be in Bangalore and they don't have office in Bangalore, and his cheap labour will completing the projects who don't know the value of money and how tough to earn the money without cheating.

                  Why dont you want to be around them to fix the issues after paying lacs of ruppes, these flat owners who are giving good feedback are worrying about their flat re-sale value . Am the flat owner in one of their project, i have given up on my money and just staying helpless.
                  I wish my fellow Indians should not be cheated again puting their valuable money. Please don't buy in any of their projects.

                  There are N no of projects in bangalore to invest .. Please dont buy from this guys and loose your money ..
