I had trading account with SMC Securities in dharwad by sub broker Rajendra Hosmath it's shameful that they don't even do the reference check not look at expertise in financial services before offering franchisee and they are hungry for money like beggars
After raising my complaint they did not bother to investigate not take appropriate action I had invested 3 lac the sub broker has traded without my knowledge and concent he has forged my signature which I got to there notice they have written wong address and email I'd
As per the rule they need to record the calls they could not prove either of these
I have lst faith in poor governance and regulatory system as ll are hand in glove
I seek justice I sill loges police complaint for forgery against sub broker
I need your help to resove my problem
