I HAVE TRDING A/C WITH GLOBAL SECURITIES NO.NOW0010 OPENED AT BORIVALI BR. MUMBAI . THE PERSON WHO WAS OPERATING THE A/C MR HARISH SHRIVATAVA MADE 2-3 TRANSACTION IN FUTURE AND OPTION AND INFORM ME SUBSEQUENTLY. IN THIS I HAVE LOST RS.7000/- ( RUEES- SEVEN THOUSAND). NOW COMPANY IS SAYING THAT - CONCERN PERSON WAS FRENCHIECHI OWNER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRADE LOSS OR PROFIT BECAUSE WE HAVE THE PRACTICE OF SENDING E mail,AND YOU HAVE GOT THE EMAILS SO THE TRANSACTION IS WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE. NOW WHAT TO DO? HOW THEY HAVE RELEASED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF FRENCHICHI OWNER? NOW THAT PERSON SWITCHED OFF THE PHONE. KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I had trading account with SMC Securities in dharwad by sub broker Rajendra Hosmath it's shameful that they don't even do the reference check not look at expertise in financial services before offering franchisee and they are hungry for money like beggars
After raising my complaint they did not bother to investigate not take appropriate action I had invested 3 lac the sub broker has traded without my knowledge and concent he has forged my signature which I got to there notice they have written wong address and email I'd
As per the rule they need to record the calls they could not prove either of these
I have lst faith in poor governance and regulatory system as ll are hand in glove
I seek justice I sill loges police complaint for forgery against sub broker
I need your help to resove my problem
