Snapdeal — Defective product delivered | |||
I had placed an order for Puma Stamp Ind Black & White Slippers on www.snapdeal.com on the 15th of june,2013 via order no [protected] and had ordered for 7 no size of the slippers but on the delivery dated 20th june,2013 I found that the slippers were of 6 no size and found that the correct size for me would be size 8.I immediately contacted the customer support and my complaint was registered and I was promised that the product would picked up back within 4 business days and exchanged as per my requirements. They also promised me that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. But the company could not stand up to its words neither did I get a call nor has the pick up been arranged yet.i have called the customer support many times sometimes they they ask us to wait for the call and the pickup and many a times do not pick up the call.I haven’t got even a single response from till now.The issue has been harassing and disappointing. I shall be really obliged if my grievances are heard and solved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi i ordered Toshiba 8Gb (Black) pen drive worth 299/- from snap-deal. first of all they delivered me different product that is Toshiba Pen drive (Red) instead of Black but i didn't complained against them but After delivery of one week pen drive they delivered to me is not working , i called them but didn't get any solution from their side infact their customer care department is so rude and misbehaved with me . they asked me to consult with Service center we can't help You.

Snap Deal — giving defect hp usb flash drive to home delivery
sir ,we are purchasing online, if they are giving us to defect product how we can believe on them .i purchase one hp usb flash drive 8 gb model no v155w from snap deal when i check my pendrive its was nt working....than who is the responsible for this..................
