[Resolved] Snapdeal — Pathetic customer service and operations | |||
Snapdeal is the most laid-back in terms of customer service., They promise that they would give a special discount coupon on first purchase. Not only did they give an invalid coupon code, after I made the purchase of a Blackberry on Snapdeal, their customer care executives do not even have order status for 6 days post placing the order. All they have to say is that it will take 10 working days. A request to expedite the order is out of question. They are just clueless. Pathetic customer service!!!!!! I just read about the watch example above . I am also quite sure, they would let me know on 11th working day that the product is not available. They are hiring from top Indian B schools. I wonder, how they can afford to be so lax in customer service.
