Dear sir,
I have ordered a "Micromax canvas 2Plus" phone from snapdeal.com
Order ID:- [protected]
Placed on :[protected]:09:30
And they Dispatched "Micromax canvas 2", Whose price is lower than the one I ordered. I made a call on snapdeal customer care regarding this. But they told me to keep the one which I have got because I have used that one. They were telling me to refund my rest amount that is 950INR. They were asking me to provide my bank information so that, money can be transferred. I gave them all information about my account two week ago but I didn't get any amount in my account. I always call them to refund my money but they tells me they are processing it, and will credit in my account within 48 hours but I am not getting my money since two weeks.
Please help me to get out of it, I am harassed with it.
