[Resolved] Snapdeal — Non delivery of articles | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased one Nokia Asha 300(Graphite) from Snapdeal Online Shopping on 02/04/2013. I had made the payment via credit card and the same was authorised by the bank and Sapdeal on 03/04/2013 . Even after repeated enquiry to them regarding the status of the delivery they kept on telling me that the phone would be shipped within 5/04/2013 to me and it will reach to me within 3 to 4 working days,but they failed to do so. Till today they have not given a proper reply and hence I had to suffer monetary as well as emotional torture as I was supposed to give the phone to someone. . I have ordered One mobile handset from Snap-deal on 02/04/2013.They were supposed to deliver this product to the communication address within 5 to 7 business days. I have constantly tried to get in touch with them in order to find out the shipment status as the money is already paid. The amount deducted instantly from my account was 5999/-. The online shopping store now is unable to provide any shipment details and everyday they are coming up with new excuses.

Even after repeated enquiry to them regarding the status of the delivery they kept on telling me that the mobile phone would be delivered to me by the 5th working day, they failed to do so..
