Snapdeal — order not delivered and cancelled without even asking | |||
I ordered a phone "sony xperia m" on 3rd september and it should have delivered within 5-6 days but i then got a message that it will be delivered by 10th september. But this is 17th and still i didn't got the phone. And today i got a message that "your order has been cancelled and we will not be able to complete your order". I called a lot of times to the customer care number and everytime i got to hear that my order will be delivered within 3 days. I got all the conversation recorded and saved all those messages as proof. I here request you to take strict action against the company as they wasted my time and i had to use my faulty phone as i hoped that i will get my phone Was this information helpful? | |||
