Snapdeal — Product not delivered nor refunded | |
Hi,
purchased a "Crompton Greaves CG-LE22 Emergency Lantern" from SnapDeal .com on "[protected]:40:06", order # [protected], the product was not delivered was sent back to supplier, i called snap deal multiple times, was placed on hold all the time, it is a Delhi number, where i have spent half the amount on that i spent for this product speaking to the customer care, they could not find a solution till date, what they see is the product delivered on there web site (please find the pic attached)
The shippment is shipped through Ewing , who have redirected it to the original supplier with tracking number "[protected]" i dont know if the customer care reps and managers are ignorant or trying to fool people, every time i call they says it is delivered refund will not be possible. When you check for the product it is returned to the supplier form the shipper, (proof attached ), it is almost going to be 2 months marathon with snapdeal,no manager si capable to handle this .
