Snapdeal — Received damaged item | |||
I purchased a Zebronics NC1000 Laptop Cooling Pad in Snapdeal.com online store. Order ID:2404406, They sent the item by Bluedart courier service with very low quality packing. By that I got damaged item received. I raised a complaint and got auto generated "Snapdeal Customer Support Request #2404406" email. I this they mentioned representative will contact within 48 hrs. But they didn't contact. And even I tried to to contact their 24x7 cc service, They don't picking the cc executive. Please suggest me anything to do for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
