hi sir/mam i purchased a saree from Snap deal at 20 march 2013 by online shopping.Amount paid for that is 1199 but till now i do not receive any saree. and now i am complaining against that bad reaction because they are saying that i am not responsible for that.sir it's not my fault so why did i bear it.they are not listening any problem.please sir help me.
