[Resolved]  Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd. — Dish TV setup box not delivered

I purchased 22" LG LCD from Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd. Boisar, Thane on Date:25/02/2012 Bill No. 715544.
A dish TV set up box was in offer with this LCD. It should have delivered within 5 days as per their commitment.
Today it has been about 30 days but it is not delivered. I have called them at least 10 times.
Pls go through the matter and help me.
