[Resolved] Sodexo Coupons — rude behaviour towards customer | |||
a grocery shop in aziz baug, chembur, near RCF police station acept sodexo food coupons for the products we buy from him. He was accepting it till last month without any cost. Now days he is asking 10% extra over the price of product which is totally wrong. I went to his shop and ask him for a goodnight machine pack, he said it will cost me 54, but the price was 49/-. In other places like Food bazar or Mcdonalds who accepts sodexo food Coupons never charge extra. When I told him this thing he was fighting with me. Please take necessary action or close his sodexo contract so that to prevent him from looting the sodexo customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

CHARGING 10% IS WRONG BUT YES HE HAVE TO CHARGE BECAUSE WHEN HE RETURN OR EXCHANGE SODEXO WITH SODEXO COMPANY THEY WILL CHARGE 4.1% INCLUDE SERVICE CHARGE . HE MIGHT HAVE CHARGE 5 %
