[Resolved] Software company — Salary not paying on time

Hello Dear Sir/Madam, I am a software engineer working in jaipur.One of software company not paying my due salary since last 3 month.I am trying to contact those guys(Directors of company) but they just avoiding and giving many excuses. I am very frustrated, i have small family and this money is important for me and my family.At last i plan to go consumer court and complain against this company.But i don't know how to complain and what documents are required for that. Software company — Interests and statements for long back cancelled credit card

Hi,

I had an credit card account No: [protected] (Credit card - Chennai). 6 to 7 months ago, the dues are settled through deposited cheques. But, there is no response about these settlements and no news about the deposited cheques. But, so far the bank is sending the statement and accumalated interests. 6 Months ago, the card and account has been cancelled and that is informed properly to the bank. But, still they are sending the statement for cancelled and settled account.

Please guide the right way to approach the issue.

Software company — Salary

I was employed in one of the software companies. After 4 months when I wished to leave the company because they made false promises. They served me a notice and forfeited my salary.
I wanted to get my salary and teach them a good lesson so that they couldn't play with anyone's carrier in future.
