redbus online ticketing- Fraud Friends, One day I booked a bus ticket with redbus.in, from Bangalore to Coimbatore, the bus operator was SMPK travels. The bus was scheduled at 10:50 PM Electronic City. We reached boarding point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. and we were waiting... waiting... tried to call the bus operators in the given contact numbers, nothing was reachable. sad and embarrassing moments, I was standing with 2 ladies travellers by the road side till Mid night, bus did not come. it was a potentially unsafe situation. next day I complained this to redbus. after few days they said, " bus came, and the bus operators tried to reach me and cannot refund". My phone was online, and I was able to make and receive calls, and called my home about delays. and they said my phone was not reachable. despite of multiple calls they denied refund.
