we have 3 landphone connections 4024262,63,64.one broadband & two group-in.From the beginning the bill prepared wrongly.Contacted customercare severaltimes but invain.same faults repeated in the following bills.nobody attended to rectify.we didnot get our free calls as offered at the time of installation.no coordination among your staff.they call from Ernakulam,Bangalore,Hyderabad andCalicut giving false ideas regarding waiver of excess amount in the bill.As such we decided to terminate two connections 4024263&64 keeping 4024262 in working.AIRTEL Staff has taken away two instruments on 18 3 2010.Still the bills are not settled.Immediate intervention is solicited.Thank you. Software company — Police enquiry not yet done
My parents hae applied for their passports 3 months back at Vijayawada. Till now the police enquiry is not happened. How long it will take to complete the plice enquiry and when they will receive passports?
