[Resolved]  Sony Bravia Lcd Tv — NOT GETTING SERVICE

TV Model No-KLV-22T550A IN5 was purchased on 26.09.09. Complain No-1621 was made in Sony AuthorizedServiceCenter,Bhubaneswar-9,Orissa on dt 22/09/2010.TV was taken to service center on 25/09/2010.Then a person came home visualize the TV and detected the defect. Then they told to give payment Rs5000/- for repair. But it was told that our warranty period is valid up to 26/09/2010.After that complain has been made on date 05/10/2010on toll free No the reference No 6064425 & again complain was made on 26/10/2010 Ref No 6237814. Its already more than 2 months we have not got the service even if we have called sony costumor center and service center no of times and also talked with the in charge of Orissa circle.

Kindly resolve our problem as soon as posiible.
