My name is nagappan . I had visited M/s Mohammed mustafa and and samsuddin company in singapore and bought sony bravia lcd tv, since i have been using all sony products, known to be excellent in their quality. Since your product presence is world wide, I had bought with all guarantee that the services will be taken care . But, investing 30k and after onemonth, only audio is coming and no picture,and we are suffering since one year, nobodody has bothered to hear our complaints nor was attended and this is upsetting me very much and it is not expected from a reputed company( date of purchase14.4.2010 Model no NWZ-E444K/BCE18, REF NO - IAIG-DJGF-AABA- LCD 32"-MINE KDL- 32EX400. My address is Nagappan , 157/1, Thirugnanasambhandhar street,Thiruvaleeswar Nagar, Thirumangalam, Annannagar west( landmark opposite to annachi supermarket), chennai 600040 mob-[protected]/landline [protected]. i have purchase sony bravia lcd 32v5550( v-series), but picture are not clear on my lcd screen purchase date:-last 1 month

sir we have perches your Sony bra via model no265400 on date 17/06/2008 from manoj audio video darya gang new Delhi 110002 . we have complaint at your tool free no [protected] our complaint no is 5591304our complaint is that one engineer has been send to us and he told us that our TV,s sound plate is not working it should be changed we ask him how much we have to pay rs13500 next day he call us and said now he will take 11000 and on date 18/7/2010 he calls us again and said he will take rupees 7200 what is it all about we are confused now what should we do and he is saying that he will take the TV for 5to 10 days how can we believe on him so please send some other engineer who can suggest us what,s the problem is
please please respond us as fast as possible and reply also .

I bought a Sony LCD 32inches BRAVIO model on 29/10/2008. on 10/12/2010 onwards My TV audio was not working . I register a complaint to Sony. My complaint register No. 6575183 and my model No.KLV - 32s400 A and the Sl.No. of the product 1211451 . The service person came and inspect the TV and said the total audio board should replace for restore the problem. It costs of Rs.6,950/-.I request that kindly arrange to rectify the particular spares to restore my audio problem instead of replacing the complete audio board. My sony LCD last only 26 months. Now I am facing these type of problems. I request you sir kindly solve my complaint at an early date.

SONY / BRAVIO LCD — AUDIO IS NOT WORKING
Sir,I have already register a complaint about my sony LCD Bravio model TV and you send an e-mail on 17/12/2010 that your service person will contact as early. But till date No authorised service persons didnot contacted me. For the recovery of AUDIO PROBLEM I AM WAITING FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. FOR A WELL KNOWN/REPUTED ORGANISATION LIKE SONY , I THINK THIS IS HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE TO THE CUSTOMER LIKE ME. MY COMPLAINT ID No: 6602758 . SO DO THE NEEDFUL AT AN EARLY DATE .
