My name is nagappan . I had visited M/s Mohammed mustafa and and samsuddin company in singapore and bought sony bravia lcd tv, since i have been using all sony products, known to be excellent in their quality. Since your product presence is world wide, I had bought with all guarantee that the services will be taken care . But, investing 30k and after onemonth, only audio is coming and no picture,and we are suffering since one year, nobodody...

Dear Sir,
I ve purchesed Soy lcd 32BX300 from saudi arebia, but in India its Rf input not working,I called Sony engineer. But he told me on phone that it need to replace it Panel Board, that will be arround 6000 INR, he didn,t check the TV. I dont know what I ve to do.
I talked with shop from Saudi Arebia from where I purchesed he told me that I have to bring it here then He can repair it.But it will very difficult to bring...

Complain No-1621 was made in Sony AuthorizedServiceCenter,Bhubaneswar-9,Orissa on dt 22/09/2010.TV was taken to service center on 25/09/2010.Then a person came home visualize the TV and detected the defect. Then they told to give payment Rs5000/- for repair. But it was told that our warranty period is valid up to 26/09/2010.After that complain has been made on date 05/10/2010on toll...

I bought Sony Bravia LCD in 2008, after 2 years LCD TV Panel has developed a display problem. I contacted Sony Customer Care. After a struggle of 2 weeks with Customer Care asking them to send someone to check the problem, Sony technician comes to check.
