Sony Ericsson Mobile W910i — Mobile Quality is too bad

Dear Concern,
I bought a Sony Ericsson mobile (W910i) few months back from the authorized shop in my city, Indore [M.P.], but since the day I bought this mobile I am just visiting Sony Service Centre for some or the other problem.
Two times already its motherboard has been changed & now Service Center again suggesting it for the third time. So many times the s/w has been updated, again for some or the other problem.
Customer care do not say anything other than that they cannot do anything.
I need to leave for a business trip in next week & what I find yesterday night that my brand new handset again got dead. Service centre people told me that its motherboard again needs to be changed & it will require again 10-15 days. Now wht do i do? Buy a new mobile phone for my business trip? That's pathetic.
I lost all my important contact numbers just before the trip along with many valuable personal & professional information & this has happened many times with me.
I am feeling really sad about my decision to buy it.
Kindly suggest what should I do...

I have purchase new mobile three days back from cellucom retail India pvt ltd.Pimpri, Pune. but there is problem in handset sound. I request the the store owner to replace the handset. They are not ready to replace it.

i have given my mobile to borivalli branch on dated[protected] for repairng of mic
and yet hav received no service for it
this is second time i m facing same problem
they just keep mobiles for months
if this the way u give service then when must we use our mobiles

Sony Ericsson Mobile W910i — service centre people were damaged my mobile

Dear concern,

I purchased sony ericsson w910i mobile in the month of Dec'2008. From february onwards OK button was not working properly. on 6/06/2009 suddenly display was not coming, but incoming and outgoing calls were working properly. On 08/06/2009 I had approached sony ericsson service centre, 4th block jayanagar, bangalore. With job sheet no. 7387 They informed like my mobile will be ready within three days. After three days i went to collect my mobile, then they are telling that it is having mother board problem. At that time its not yet all switching all. I informed them i want my mobile in the same position how i have given to them. then they told me like they will send to their head office, they asked me two weeks time. I said Ok. after two week once again i visted the shop, now they are telling that its not yet all open, i need to change motherboard and they are giving suggestion to purchase new one. I am very doubt they have changed my mobile mother board and other parts, i observed that some other persons were also came to the same servicing center and they are quarreling with the employees of sony ericsson service centre. I think they doing business by changing all the parts of the mobile. please suggest me what i should do now.

Dear Concern,
This is regarding differnt kind of problem in my Sony W910i. While making call to any person which i stored the number is going well and i could able to disconnect the call once it's necessary. But if i made call to the new number which is not saved in my phone i couldn't disconnect the call during some time. It's getting strucked when making to new entry... I couldn't do any thing with any keys...even switch off keys as well...

I really don't know what kind of problem is this...
If any one knows kindly help me out to solve this issue...

Sony Ericsson — Services are too bad

I took SONY MOBILE T250I at sony outlet. I got some network problem like it is not reconginizing any network. So i submitted the mobile at Service Center (Koramangala, Bangalore). They charged me 150/- Rupees for handling charges, but the problem is not rectified and even they are telling they can't able handle the problem and suggested to give the mobile to local repair shops. SO what is the use of SONY service center. how can they manfacturer the mobiles without knowing how to handle or repair the mobiles and it is not proper and good way to suggest to give the mobile to local repair shops. It clearly giving message like HOW THE SERVICE IS BAD.
