The customer service team is pathetic.
They are not trained and they respond to you in a rude way. The representatives chat with colleagues and make fun of the customer on the call. They also hang up without answering to your query.
A male representative verbally abused me for complaining that the team hangs up the call without resolving.
I used their services for 3 months on a daily basis and after this incidence, will never try their serivces.
They inform the driver on the pick up point at the time the cab has to arrive for pick up. They end up reaching the pick up point atleast 1hr late.
Lousy, pathetic, untrained, lack of planning, improper time management customer support/booking team. Was this information helpful? |
