[Resolved] Soon Cabs — Verbal Abuse, most unprofessional cab company | |||
I hated it; it’s a con game they are playing. Please never request their services. It’s a simple trick – they advertise with Just dial services quoting a Rs 450 for 4 hour service. Once you contact them and schedule a pick up (they are very nice at this time) – they call you back and confirm a cab. This is when the ordeal starts. After changing 3 drivers a driver will agree to come about 30 min after your scheduled pick up time and demand Rs 550. At this point you have no option but to avail their service at a higher price because you are late for your appointment. If you try to talk to the manager at Soon cab about this – will start with is verbal abuse. This is the most un-professional cab company out there which is all set to rob you every time you try to order a cab. Since there is a regulatory body to control these companies they operate in the mode un-checked. Since they are a premium customer with Just Dial – just dial does not publish any bad rating for Soon Cabs Was this information helpful? | |||

Similar experiance, Please don’t approach this company you will get ripped for sure. They advertise with Just dial services as premium customers. So they will always come on top of the search quoting a Rs 450 for 4 hour service. They call you back immediately and confirm a cab very politely. When the driver approaches your house (usally30 min late), he will quote higher distance and demand Rs 550. Since it will be difficult for you to find another taxi at this point, you have no option but to avail Soon Cab’s services at a higher price. If you try to talk to the manager at Soon cab about this – will start with is verbal abuse. This is the most un-professional cab company out there which is all set to rob you every time you try to order a cab. Since there is a regulatory body to control these companies they operate in the mode un-checked.

Hopeless & miserable show by this co. I recently booked a cab atleast 24hours in advance, only to my surprise when the driver calls me at the time of travel stating that he will be late by 40minutes. Most shocking is, they dont even have any remorse when you call them desperately. Simply hang up repeatedly without any ownership. Horrendous & horribly bad the services are. NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR TRAVEL THROUGH SOON CABS. Sympathies towards such shameless behaviour. They just don't care for CUSTOMERS. Certainly one of the most unprofessional companies to ever have dealt with. Such people don't deserve to be in their biz for sure.
Soon Cab is most unproffesional cabs.Pld dont opt for soons cabs as they confirm and then call the cabs at the last moment.And they are not bother to provide other cabs.The driver diconnects the phone when you call them.
WORST CAB SERVICE, INHUMAN BEHAVIOR OF DRIVERS', PATHETIC FACILITY... LITERALLY SPEAKING THEY DON'T EVEN RESPECT AT-LEAST WOMEN... NEVER GO FOR SUCH CAB FACILITY... SOON CABS!! PLEASE STOP THE SERVICES OR ELSE YOU WILL BE BANNED VERY SOON... YOU JUST SEE..
I had a worst experience with SOON CABS yesterday. I had booked the cab good 10 hours in advance as I was coming back to Bangalore by Bus with my daughter (3 years old) and I was expecting it to rain in Bangalore. After reaching Bangalore, I called up SOON CABS as I was not approached by any driver till that point of time. Each time I called them, they asked me to wait for 5 more minutes. After waiting for around 30 mins in rain (as no autowalla was ready to ply in rain ), I finally got an auto.
But I wanted to talk to SOON CAB people one last time and seek the explanation for not sending the cab, hence I called them up around 50 times (literally), but each time they disconnected my call on purpose. There did not even consider responding to my call and apologising for making my family to strand on a footpath, in rain for good half an hour .
I suggest to cancel the license of SOON CAB for their unprofessional and unethical practices. I will never call up SOON CAB again...!!!
