[Resolved]  SOTC Kuoni Travel Group, India — Non refund of booking money against cancellation of my Goa tour.

I Sri SAIKAT SADHUKHAN, booked a package tour of Goa with SOTC Kuoni Travel Group, India at DA-32 Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700 064. West Bengal. on that account I had deposited Rs. 7500/- on12.06.2008. But due to some personal reason I could not avil the tour & cancelled it, and also inform them almost 10 days before the jurny. And they inform me that I shall get back my mony after some deduction. Till date I have not get back any amount from them. This type of harassment is a clear case of CHEATING.

Thanks to https://www.consumercomplaints.in. At last I got my mony Rs. 7000/- back from SOTC Kuoni Travel Group after deduction of Rs. 500/-.
