SOTC (Kuoni Travels India) — Excess charges

Names:Jagadheeschand Kasi Venkatram and Smt Vanaja Kasi Jagadheeschand.SOTC Tour -All o[censored]SA code149/ 04.06.My emails and telephone calls did not elicit satisfactory response.I am a retired Dy.G.M of SBI and every Rupee matters.Despite telling this to SOTC my grievance was not redressed.They may side track the issues and drag indefinitely which I cannot manage and hence this request to you for intervention and favourable orders.(1)Secure booking depositRs 1000/each was levied which is not applicable to us, as only an advance of Rs 20000/each was collected on the date of booking19/11/2008, and there is no question of"securinng' itand no intention of cancelling our tour. I therefore demand refund of Rs 2000/unjustly collected and an equal amount of Rs 2000/, as compensation for my mental agony.(2)Refund of"Ex-hub" charge of Rs 2500/each, as our flight was from Chennai direct to Dubai, without transhipment in india.I demand Rs 5000/ being Unjustly charged and equal amt Rs 5000/compensation.(3)Foreign exchange component USD5858/wascollected from me at exorbitant rate ofRs51.50 per dollar.Other group members paid at lesser rate .I, myself got rate of 47.90 from my agentVKC Credit andForex services, vide invoice no.Bordereaux No.CM[protected] dt 27/05/09.I demand refund excess charrge of Rs21089/ and equal amt rs 28089/ compensation.(4)Their AdvtNo Network SOTC 1904-08 Che.offered a complementary bottle of wine at Napa Winery which was not given to me.I demand Rupee eqivalento[censored]SD 49/, say Rs 2000/plus compensation another rs 2000/.(5)Other members of the group got" Add on" Dubai 2nights free stay, which was not offered to us, eventhogh similarly placed got itEg Mr Subramanian and Mrs Vanaja.Please look intoit and do the needful Thanking you!
