Sub: i have never seen such a poor and irresponsible service
I am writing this to let you inform that i was treated and served very badly from South Indian Bank. In fact I am an NRI account holder and i tried to activate Internet banking but the sad and painful fact is that up to this time it hasn't been cleared and activated yet. i have been contacting the bank and trying to get it cleared for more than one and half month. but no use up to this time. when ever i contact with the bank and manager i was always informed like it will be okay soon because my pin no and user id have already send to my home address from ernamkulam. i really dont know why this bank provides such a very poor service to the customers especially for NRIs . i dont think that for getting pin no and user id i need to spend more than one and half month. do I? if the bank think that its good, its ok but i dont find any good in this deal because according to me time is money. i just don't want to waste my precious time. i am totally disappointed and treated badly from your part. i wish no one could face this trouble like how i was troubled with cash dealing.

South Indian Bank — Fraud call- How to trace it
Dear Sirs, Recently i have received some fraud calls to my BSNL land line No [protected].Please send me a copy of incoming call list starting [protected] to[protected]. It is very urgent. Regards Babu Thomas
