[Resolved]  Southern Railways — Computer error in booking

dear sirs
I booked two tickets one for me and one for my wife from Tiruchchirapalli to Tirunelveli for journey on 23.08.09 PNR No.[protected]. During booking computer showed "available seat 1". Hence I booked both tickets. My wife's ticket was confirmed and I was allotted W/L No.26. But for the computer problem, I would not have booked the ticket had I known the W/L will be 26 for me.Number of emails to IRCTC is of no avail. They say theyare only agents and that I have to contct Railways.They do not give me the email of General manager concerned or Railway minsters email.
I am put to lot of inconvenience because of their computer errors.
Please do the needful

Southern Railways — Cleanliness

Sir,
This complaint is to bring a kind notice that the carriages in Pothikai Express is always dirty and we faced lot of Rat and Cockroaches problems. we are forced to travel uncomfortable journey with the cost of Rs.285/-each at a time of travelling.
