My name is jagadeesh,
I got a ticket from chennai beach to guindy but the ticket which is issued at the station is to ambattur. I took that ticket and i got the train which will goes to guindy after arriving at guindy station the ticket master verify the ticket and he made me to sit in the office for the payment of 255inr as it's a invalid ticket for guindy.
I gave the explaining to that particular person i. E, i asked the ticket for guindy but they gave to me to ambattur i don't know this ticket is invalid to guindy and then i replied to that person that sir iam going...

Southern Railway — catering in kovai shatabdi express by north indian caterers

I have travelled quite a few times by shatabdi express between chennai and coimbatore. I observe that the catering is done by some north indian agency who has employed mostly north indian persons who cannot understand a word of tamil. Also, it is shocking that lunch / dinner served is nothing from south indian cuisine. Once, i got dal, bengan bhaja in lunch. Another occasion, i was served paneer paratha and typical punjabi gravy. I wonder if such catering is done in any of the northern railway trains, where passengers are served sambhar, rasam or kootu.

We are travelled in same train no 19568 after get down from erode we asked parcel service department to unload our parcel but they are not unloaded and not respond same

I'm a regular commuter in the trains of the southern railways. Though, i belong to coimbatore, by profession, i'm residing in kerala. During the first week of september, one fine morning, i went to the irinjalakuda railway statio reservation counter, filled up the form for my travel from palakkad jn to mangalore jn. The railway staff, one mr. Dileep, issued me the reservation ticket which stated the boarding point as shornur, instead of palakkad. I was shocked to see this. Respected sir, i resideing in minjur and working in chennai city. I travel by train to reach my destination but very day train took minimum half an hour late. During the morning day time between 9:00 a. M to 10:00 am there is only two train available and every time train is running late by half an hour. We paceing lot of trouble during that time. So please kindly check this matter seriously and help as to reach over destination on time....

At st. Thomas mount railway parking. They are not allowing any customer to take their vehicle in between 12 to 4 am. And are rude (Because they are sleeping at that time). Olease take necessary action. And whenever we go there, he speaks rudely about the timimg. None other parking in chennai as said like this about the timing. So please ask the contractor to change the timing or staff behavior fir the benifits of people....

Hello sir, i m imthiyaz, age-28, pnr no-[protected]. Last week (18/9/2018) when i m in railway platform -2, with my family to travel from vaniyambadi (Vn) to bangalore (Sbc), in train no - 12639. Two persons came and attack me with metal rod, i m severaly injured and taken to govt. Hospital, though there was a police officer but he didn't caught him, and when i m in hospital no one came to take my complaint, so i report to media after that a officer came at 8.30 pm to take my complaint, i want to ask department that if any murder happen what will you do, there was no cctv in platform, till now any...

Hi sir/madam

Noticed in pattaravakkam station.. After sweeping that dust is throwing into the railway track...

I raised the question.. Why you are throwing dust into train track, sweeping lady stated there was no dustbins...

Please check and arrange the necessary needs... And also required to do inspection atleast weekly basis

As we are going to go green... This is not fare to throw plastic wastage...

Myself manikumar. I'm from bhimavaram west godavari district, andhra pradesh state. I'm working at bangalore. Im regular traveller for seshadri express like once in a month i will travel from bhimavaram to bangalore. My concern is from last couple of days this train seshadri express is arriving too late to the expected station where i will start my journey. Trains are 17209 and 17210 both the trains are coming at least 2-3hours late to the respected stations....

Southern Railway — pnr 6615712382 no full refund for train not arriving in source station and train not going to destination station

Pnr [protected]. Our boarding point was vijayawada n destination was shornur. But train has not touched our boarding point or destination point. And railway has not send any notification on route change. Railway has cancelled my ticket on my tdr filed and only 1905 inr has been initiated for refund on 31st august though the ticket fair was 3825 inr. So far no even i have not got even 1 rupee to my bank account. Pleas help me on this. I have called railways 100 times and they say they are transferring my call to concerned department and finally they disconnects. I feel helpless....

This is to request
Irctc, that i have booked my tickets through my debit card raise i was said that to choose another way to pay but at the same time my money was debited for the tickets, and didn't receive any online tickets, i am worried that raise this has happened to me.
I was said by my friend that this money will come back to my account number within three days but i found that this didn't happen yet.
Please sir/madam kindly send my money back to my account
This happened on 5/09/2018, time at around 2:30 to 3:00 pm from irctc

This is with reference to matter in the subject.. I have been informed by the authority 10days back as refund of my claim was approved and the competent authority cris has been informed suitably.

But as of date, the amount has not been credited to my r-wallet.
Also i have sent a reminder last week, but no response yet.

Kindly look into this and expedite action, please....

Southern Railway — memu erode to coimbatore train timings

Train timings for memu passenger, erode to coimbatore vice-versa, is not at all comfortable for regular working people, those who come from erode to coimbatore daily. They have to maintain 8 hrs at office, so most of people use bus transporation. Train reach 10 am in morning to coimbatore and starts 6pm, so how regular office people will use local train for daily use?. Train not maintaining given timings itself. Train should reach coimbatore by 8am itself and should take late 7 pm from coimbatore. So only it is useful. Too much of signals on the way. So please consider this and do possible help....

We are residing near mambalam railway station
The heavy horn noise of various express trains causing lot of problems including noise pollution, restlessness, disturbing the sleep of old aged and children
This noise is audible for a long distance
Horn is meant for alerting the passingers to keep away from moving train
Why don't we reduce the volume

Similarly the speed of express trains shaking the buildings of nearby area. If the trains are operated at a limited speed till chennai tambaram, this can be resolved...

Just before 5 mnts of tbevartival of train they announed it is comming at pm. No. 1.
We reached ok. No.1 by crossing the track. No coach no. Is mentioned on the platform or anywhere no announcement of the coaches. People are running here and there. At last we enteted sleeping coach and walked inside the train upto a. C. 1.
We are a senior citizen and it was very hectic. Most unorganized station i have...

I had booked four tickets from kollam junction to tambaram on 18/08/2018 train no. 06028 and my pnr no.[protected] the train was been cancelled due to the kerala flood and landsliding. I got message and i confirmed by enquiring in the station they informed that the full refund will be initiated after 4 working days. I have not received the refund yet please do the needful as early as possible...
