Travelled from ernakulam north to trivandrum by parasuram express on 20/01/2018.
I am a senior citizen (66 year) i took a ticket (Ordinary sitting) of rs.50/- and entered the train. Then i enquired about a 3ac (Cc class ticket). With the permission of tte i travelled in cc class. I told him that i am a senior citizen, but he charged a total amount of rs.340/- (Rs.50 ticket plus rs.290/- (Paper ticket)
I was denied the concession of senior citizen.
(Ticket nos. 1. Uma 90200420 dated 20/01/2018)

I am arunachalam t, 64 years old retaired govt. Sertvant. I booked 3 tickets from pavurchathram to chennai on[protected]. Pnr no.[protected]. W/l no.393, 394, 395 journey date[protected] pothigai superfast express train no.12662. On[protected] i went to pavurchathram railway station for cancellation. The pavurchathram railway station master mr. Wilson told me today is sunday. I can't cancell, come tomorrow 8.00 am. Then i return back and went[protected].9.30 am he told that he had no money in the station. You come tomorrow. Again i went[protected].30 pm. New station master named mr....

Southern Railway — east tambaram two wheeler parking

In east tambaram railway station two wheeler parking the vehicles are getting damaged frequently and they are collecting heavy parking charges as well without following proper timelines. They are also not giving proper response to customers for vehicle damage issue which was created by them only. They are just dragging and hitting the two wheeler with other two wheeler to get more space for other vehicles without considering the vehicle damage issue....

Hi

Wish to bring to ur notice very unclean and old coach in sspn 12691 s11 coach. Of late my travel experience has been good with good coaches.. Wonder why this coach is so old and pathetic with foul smell.

Please retire such coaches and make the journey more pleasant. Request ur urgent attention in this matter.

Southern Railway — refund of ticket cancellation amount of rs.395/-

My account has been debited 2 times on 25.12.2017for rs.395/- towards ticket reserved for the train (Pearl city express) at 6.00pm. The booking clerk told me that he was wrongly mentioned the date of travelling and cancelled that ticket and booked another ticket i asked the debited amount to him but he told, 'the amount will be credited to my account automatically and don't worry'. But till date the amount is not credited to my account.
Please look into the matter and arrange to send the amount by cheque or credit the amount.

Not just 10 minutes late 2.30 hours late it’s just disgusting about your wonderful service... Train no 12634 kaniyakumari to chennai... Train arrival 12.20 to trichy and departure 12.25... Em waiting more than 2 hours and not arrived yet it’s almost 1.35am...
They are announcing train will expect to come 2.05am nice very nice
You people are to proud about your wonderful service...

I had rs.5 only in my while went to use public toilet taking my 6 years old daughter. Caretak did not allowed both of us to enter into the toilet. He told me to leave your daughter out side and u only can go inside, since you have only rs.5. This kind of treatment in railway station toilet is shameful. Necessary action may be taken on this matter. This incident happened today on 23.12.2017 at 20: 45 hours....

Sir iam balaji travelling in intercity exp (12679) from chennai to salem (Pnr no [protected]) d12 83 isy seat no on 21/12/2017, while i boarded the train there was a hole on train through which we can see the track, the hole was such a leg can pass, it was at s9 coach near seat no 1 toilets, this is horrible, kindly take necessary steps before any one is injuries...

I am dinu usually travel in trivandrum guruvayoor intercity express 16342. With reserved ticket... Complaint is that... Un reserved passengers (Season and general tickets) are fully occupied the reserved coaches d1, d2, d3. We have forced to occupy 4 members in reserved sets. Unauthorized persons are standing very tightly in reserved coaches we are not having sufficient breathing in the coaches. The reserved passengers will have to travel sleeplessly to ensure that their belongings are safe. T. T. E or other officials are not coming to solve the issue. This has been happening between trivandrum...

I v. K. Subramanian ex service men army on behalf public iam writing this. I complained to meenambakkam station master on friday stating the hazardous impact of live wire pertaining near stairs entry/exit. But still it has not been rectified. They may cause major disaster if not attended in time more water is logging in pathway of subway even it is not rainy season. Security lights are not glowing at the time inspection or vip visit it is glowing. So please look after this on priority basis. Even then if not attended i can't help public...

I have met north indian un authorized persons while traveling from chennai perambur to avadi fifteen person got down in pattaravakkam and i hold one person and submitted in ambattur station to the rpf. But the rpf don't know tamil. And english i could not explain the situation why you people intamil nadu recruiting the person who doesn't know tamil and english.....

I reserved two e-tickets in ananthapuram train from tirunelveli to chennai on 07.12.2017. But in nellai railway station the station master announced the ananthapuri train cancelled due to fishermen problem in kuzhithurai railway station. Hence, i asked the station master for refund. He said the 2 tickets are booked in on line. Hence payment will be credited to that account within 5 days. But till date no refund amount is credited. Therefore, i complained....

I saw the peope who had take the incharge of rest room in chennai central are over charging the price given by railways is 5 rupees bur they are charging 10 rupees which is double. There is ladies standing on table asking 10 rupees each to every people. Please check into the matter. I had forwaded this text to media and all railway officials....

At 12.36 pm, i received a message stating that train no; 12641 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Based on this message, i booked another ticket pnr no; [protected] in train number 16128 and the date of journey is 09.12.2017 under tatkal quota. In arrakonam station ticket counter staff dont know how to behave with customers. They are thinking that they are doing the job for free. If change is not there then they must convey it in a proper manner but that # staff abused me and made fin of me.

So as a often commuter i request you to take stringent action against the staff

The most careless parcel office in madurai. They don't have a minimum concern. I have a bike parcelled on 25/11/17 from madurai to katpadi. I was informed that the bike would reach by 7 am on 26/11/17 to katpadi. I am from chittoor and came from there to katpadi at 10 am. And now there is no bike delivered at katpadi. I need to go back and come again now and then to enquire if my bike has come. What kind of careless people are the parcel office guys in madurai.. Earlier one of my bikes has come to madurai. I went priorly and informed them to intimate me when my vehicle arrives. They asked me money...

Respected sir,

I, r n paul (M-55) had reserved ticket in train no. 12658- chennai mail on 24/11/17 from ksr bengaluru to chennai central. But due rescheduling of departure time from 22:40 hrs to 05:00 hrs on 25/11/17, i could not avail the journey. Since i am residing far away from the rly stn. And could not cancel the ticket, at the originating station, i. E. Ksr bengaluru and also due to important commitments at chennai i had to take bus journey to reach chennai in time.

I am doing up and down from dharmapuri to bangalore for working. I am traveling by passenger train to reach specific workplace. Like me lot of people traveling from dpi to blrr daily. While returning to home, our train (56242) has to wait for crossing at pnrt station for 12678 express. We were waiting more than half hour so many days. So we are reaching home so late. Kindly do the needful.
