Considering the current pandemic situation, it has been advised to make 50% accomodation. However, since the First class compartments are adjoining to Ladies compartment, the ladies who haven't afforded the first class tickets are overcrowding the First class compartments leaving those who have afforded the first tickets without any space. It's unfair that we are being charged heavily without proper service offered. This has been a common situation in the suburban trains between Chennai Beach to Chengalpattu during the peak hours.

    Hello im mohan from trichy.. Now im going this train no(12636) vaigai superfast express., this train route was totally changed without no prior information.. This is totally disguised... I need a clear information about why you changed the route and i need a refund for this travel..

      My PNR number is [protected]. I travelled from Sivakasi to Chennai Egmore on 30.11.2021 in II AC Compartment No.15074C. The AC was not working from the very beginning. It tripped off frequently. The attender tried to make it good at Madurai and Dindigul, but his efforts went in vain.
      We got suffocated inside the Compartment, got swetting and the journey was very cumbersome.
      I request to look in to the matter and refund the entire ticket fare for two persons.

          The attimanam railway under DRM/ CHENNAI gate the railway gate crossing the vechiles and tractor and lorry and two wheeler crossing the attimanam railway gate is damaged and public using this spot having more pains with tears . Hence please repair permanently and save accidents at the earliest .please help

            Yesterday I travelled from coimbatore to chennai by CBE-MAS SFEXP (02674) (CHERAN EXPRESS) in coach number S-8. Our seat was just near the door. Though this train starts from Coimbatore the bathroom was stinking and the foul smell filled our seat area and it was difficult sit !! It seems it was not at all cleaned !! Bathroom was just slushy and water was not flowing out freely !! My 85 year old mother in law was with me and she found it very difficult to breath and we were forced to keep the windows open (which is a risky affair during night time !!). Really the worst journey !! Railways is paying a bonus equal to 78 days wages to their employees and this is quality of work they do !! Really pathetic !!
            Hope concerned railway employee is pulled up for his/her negligence and it does not occur in future.

                They talk rude to the clg and school students even I take the ticket the ticket was in my friends and even after I show the ticket I paid fine unbelievable employees

                  I'm travel to train number 02666 but I'm all was booking in 2s D2 . My site siting other person so I'm sad of mind 😏 . Reserve compartment all waiting ticket person sitting. so I'm sad of my mind. Ttrr not checking so pls check in 2s coach

                    The railway track from Madurai to Virudunagar, near the Pasumalai/ Beraca nagar level crossing by electric post number 499/2. the track joint is producing a very heavy noise while trains are proceeding. Please look into the track joint enable to travel the train smoothly.

                      Dear Sir, I understand that as per the rules, whenever train passes through the railway crossing gate and if there is a sign "w" the train passing through has to whistle and there is also a number of times train has to honk. But I noticed that sometimes some train is continously honking even when they are far away approaching the railway cross gate till they cross the gate which is causing lots of disturbance in the neighborhood

                      Request you to look into this matter.

                        We a group of Almost 35 menbers are boarding daily mmts at hitec city to james street before lockdown. After lockdown timings of mmts are changed and we dont have train from 9am tp 10am at hitec city we are now forced to prefer rtc busrs. Even in the evening hours train coming at 6.15 if it is shofted to 6.40 it will help most o[censored]s saving our time and we can skip traffic jams daily we are facing while boarding inyo rtc buses

                        Request you pls resume mmts BETWEEN 9am to 10am and also shift or change evening mmts to 6.40

                          I had parked the car on 3rd july 10.00pm at coimbatore railway station and picked up on july 5th 3.00am. The parking costed to Rs300. There are no tariff details/boards in the railway station. Bills are not provided and on compulsion I got to know the amount mentioned in the bill was Rs60 which I did not get/see. The behaviour from the money collectors was very rude.
                          I request the management to keep proper tariff boards and provide bill for the payments made.

                            The parking fee @ ernakulam south and north too high. 1 day price reasonable, but from second day onwards they charging 200% and above. The all world struggling due to corona pandamic, during this stage also some people thefting money from people poket.
                            Usually after one day the min %only adding any similar cases like rent .
                            But here not understand, they are doing their onway. Expect southern railway support.
                            To avoid misuse you can mentioned railway tickets mandatory for parking.

                            Expect we will get support.
