I was employee and got relieved few months ago and yes it is true that salaries got delayed and not paid, situations were bad for so many. Salaries in past were no problem until 2010 and mostly it was not a subject of concern at all. They (SPA) got in to financial crunch and there started issues. It was also fact that most of people got their lifetime opportunities and learnt so much that few months of work in SPA has given them good break into next company. Spend time to give your facts but I guess too much of exaggeration and all arrangements trying to harm interest of company is not going to lead anywhere but a friendly caution that you will land up wasting your time because no matter what is done, when they are in loss it is not possible for a TV channel to help get money for you. I know most of friends who stopped contributing to project work for months together demanding salary but same people are not ready to forego a days salary even through not working. So I know it's all hard earned money and you have right to demand but let it be professional approach atleast from yourside when you blame others being unprofessional.
1> No good infra structure, no Ac, Computers are decade old., No proper chairs. No Cleanliness.
2> they dont provide basic facilities. No Canteen. No Clean water.
3> Salaries once in 3 month. in that LTA Deducted . No PF money paid. Pf form to withrdraw money is Rejected.
4> Thy tell lies all the time. Employees made to work for 14 hrs a day. And made to work on weeknd.
5> No relieving letter. No Experience certificate. No salary hike certificate.
6> Not a certified company.
