110 % true please avoid joining this company.. its fraud listed company. you will not get salary. No Medical Allowence. No LTA. Please be care full. Thy will show you stars with good offer. But no payment.

above mension complaint are true.I also worked for this commpany for 3 yrs they never pay you the LTA/Medical/veraiable pay/Insentives .they promise you to pay your pending dues but they never pay the same. For some time they will give the response but after some time they never call you back or response your mail/phone call.Top management is also make fake promises.SO please beware from this Company IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUTURE/CARRIER

Its not a software company, its a natak company. This company recruit freshers from XYX training centers, and claim them as expert in many domains to clients. After getting payment from clients, they start torturing the freshers.
Now, even that XYZ training center wont allow this company to recruit freshers...
Freshers beware of this company, they will take all your college certificates including your degree certificate and all semesters marks card!!!.. NON OF THE COMPANY HAS RIGHTS TO HOLD YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.

I got offer from SPA Computers very recently. Can u plz suggest me, shall i join or not...?
One should avoid joining SPA. A lot of companies don't show interest in me because SPA is my current employer. I am trying my head and toe to leave this company but of no use.
This Company has
1> No good infra structure, no Ac, Computers are decade old., No proper chairs. No Cleanliness.
2> they dont provide basic facilities. No Canteen. No Clean water.
3> Salaries once in 3 month. in that LTA Deducted . No PF money paid. Pf form to withdraw money is Rejected.
4> Thy tell lies all the time. Employees made to work for 14 hrs a day. And made to work on weeknd.
5> No relieving letter. No Experience certificate. No salary hike certificate.
6> Not a certified Company.

I agree with this, SPA management is all big third class people
Guys, I am happy about wht I did to them 3yrs back. I got offer from SPA, I went to join this company. Until then they did not take me inside their office. The day I went to join company HR wanted to introduce me to Director. She took me inside, as soon as I stepped in I got shock of my life..., after talking to director. I came to reception, I told the receptionist tht I will come in a moment and just ran away from there. When HR called me first thing I asked her was is it a technology company. If you want people to join first improve infrastructure. I am happy tht I did not join them.
FOR NEW JOINEES ..who does not want the below mentioned things can JOIN THIS COMPANY...
1. Proper Salary given at exact time.
2. no need of medical and LTA..(detected every month and needs to return back yearly once)
3. No need to INCENTIVES ..detected every month..whcih they will not mention in the salary silp...but will detect monthly...
4.Does'nt care about ur health (likke back probelm(or disk problme)...dust allergy...
5. Eye probelm ...due to the monitor which they provide... for employess all r CRT..
6. does not require ur PF
7. does not require any entertainment in lIFE...
ATLASt they will not releave u so easily..as soon as u put ur paper's...by delaying them to stay and lose their offer...untill 1 month before this company has 1 month notice period ..but since most of the people are left and still some are resiging..they have now kept the notice period as 2 months...BE AWARE OF THIS

Dear Mr. Tejasvi,
I'm writing to you to inform you that I'm
contemplating of taking a legal action against you. This is in regards
to the atrocities you have committed on the ex- employees of SPA
Computers Pvt Ltd and have been committing even now on the present
working employees of SPA Computers and on the employees who are
willing to leave the company with or without notice period.
As the Company has not paid salaries to the employees for the last 4
months and 6 to 7 months for employees who have been working for more
than a year, it is completely unacceptable for Mr. Tejasvi ( Director-
Business Development of SPA Computers Pvt Ltd) and his accomplice Mr.
Srinivas Shekar ( CEO of SPA Computers Pvt Ltd) to expect the
employees serve the notice period without guaranteeing any salary for
the notice period served nor for the previous months which has been
unpaid including the additional Components of the salary like LTA,
Medical Allowance, PF etc since the day of joining just to give the
employees' relieving letter. It is also been observed in some cases
the management not responding to the employees' plea of resignation
keeping them in dark thus making them serve more than the 2 months of
notice period as per the company policy.
In addition to the above condition put forth by you guys, you are also
asking employees(in the case of getting relieved immediately without
serving notice period term) to forcibly write on the resignation
letter stating "SPA Computers is not liable to pay any dues to the
employees" or else they wont be relieved. The employees are forced to
accept these irrevocable conditions just to get out of the company
with the relieving letter which is a must for the new companies to
recruit them or it is for themselves to a have of proof of experience
that they have worked in such and such company in the past which would
help them in their future endeavours.
This Tyrannical behaviour of you and Mr. Srinivas Shekar has brought
the company to this destitute state with many complaints from the
previous employees on several consumer complaints forum websites
showcasing your brutality, pain and the distress you have caused among
the employees.
I, Therefore like to file a legal suit against you and Mr. Srinivas
Shekar with conclusive evidences to substantiate the grave atrocities
you have committed. I have recordings of my conversations held with
Ms. Rekha(Asst Manager- Resourcing) & Mr. Karthik where in you are
suggesting them clearly not to relieve me untill unless I comply to
your unethical conditions of making me write a letter stating that
"SPA Computers is not liable to pay anything to me" to get relieved
immediately . In addition to this there are many ex-employees who are
extending their support to me to fight this case to get their money
which the Company owes them. You can expect a legal notice to be sent
to you addressed to you at the company address within the next week or
so.
Finally I Would like to thank Mr. Ravi, Mr.Karthik, My team, Engineers
and the HR for their support and their encouragement. Also I would
like to inform Mr. Karthik & Ms. Rekha that these recordings I have is
not anyway detrimental to either of you and purely done to manifest
Mr.Tejasvi being immoral, inhumane and being such a cheat to deprive
the employees of their hard earned money.

All that you guys have written are absolutely TRUE! recently they had called for testing it took me an hour and a half to locate that . Its located within a hardware industrial estate where the company is surrounded by hardware small scale factories(Iron, steel and automobile service centers). Please guys don't be deceived by viewing their website... This company is HOLE...

I have worked in this company for 3 years. I There is no doubt to say that it is fraud company. They are cheating employees in terms of salary, medical and LTA. This is not at all best place to work.I advise the people not to join company. I recentally came to know they are keeping orginal marksheets of new joinees so that they can blackmail them in case they leave the company. There is no proper working enviornment here. They are asking to complete the notice period without giving the salary. Finance department is most corrupt. The person who is heading the finance department supposed to be driver earlier. You can think of mentality of the owner of the company who has handed over the finance duties to a driver who is the real cheater of employe's money.
I appeal to ex-employees to post comments for this company to teach lesson.

Driver heading the finance department? is the owner a cleaner????Pathetic ...n funny...n m sure the reason for the bad performance of this company is this...c'mon we need gud people if not MBAs, not drivers or cobblers to be in important position and then ruin the company on a whole.
