It's true. This company only gives you promises and extracts everything out of you: peace of mind, skills, capability to deliver results (because you'll remain busy to fight these guys over salary. You go to office for just name sake.), etc.
This Company has
1> No good infra structure, no Ac, Computers are decade old., No proper chairs. No Cleanliness.
2> they dont provide basic facilities. No Canteen. No Clean water.
3> Saleries once in 3 mounth. in that LTA Deducted . No PF money paid. Pf form to withrdraw money is Rejected.
4> Thy tell lies all the time. Employees made to work for 14 hrs a day. And made to work on weeknd.
5> No releiving letter. No Experience certificate. No salery hike certificate.

Yes i agree with you all. One name i want to mentioned, who truely the queen of cheater. SUMAN.
SUMAN is the biggest fraudster of the SPA. she speaks to the employee with so sweetly, but backstabbing very cruelly. yes it is true that SUMAN is getting her salary from all the hardearned money of the other engineers.
she don' t even know the meaning of HR. I realy wandered how she become HR manager. i guess by buttering the CEO.
but she will never succed in her life.

I too worked in this company for 2 years.
Me too suffered heavily from these fraud people. They will deduct variable pay from u r account and till now not given even 1% also to any employee..
They even deduct LTa & Medical amount from our salaries every month. (The rule for LTA is you can claim it for 2 years in a 4 month slot). But they will simply deduct it from your account and you will never get it back.
Working environment and infrastructure is one of the worst.
My advise to others is "Prefer to go to hell than to this company"
